    Wow! What an amazing job this restaurant did with accommodation of a party of 16 last minute. The service was impressive and intuitive. They were available every step of the way, the food was authentic Italian and the steak was delicious, (medium rare) perfectly cooked. Overall out experience was great and the food was delicious. The staff was the best part of the experience. They were worth every tip!

    The service was average our waiter came to our table eating chocolate. I wouldn’t even give the food any ratings. We were the only people in the restaurant on a Saturday night and the food was not it. The burrata was average. The pasta was extremely watery, most of us didn’t even finish it. The funghi pizza was alright. I don’t recommend this restaurant as it just wasn’t worth it.

    Had a small birthday lunch with family! The service was outstanding, the appetizers and the drinks are incredible! Highly recommend to try Aperol Sprits, Cesar and wine by the bottle! Pizzas and pastas are magnifique, but I would recommend to steer clear of salmon as it was just ok compared to dishes that the restaurant specializes in! Overall it was a great experience 4.5/5 stars!

    Honestly, the ambiance in the arrive it was great as it was a Wednesday night, and it wasn’t very busy. The darker was beautiful. The lighting was fine and the table where was great too. However, our waitress was a little dizzy. She seemed overwhelmed, but at the same time, it wasn’t very busy, so me and my partner, where I’m sure as to why she was confusing things, forgetting things, or seemed to be all over the place. We ordered bruschetta, then, the gnocchi, and their special, which was a prosciutto pasta of some sort. The only thing worse going back to this place was the gnocchi, it should be award-winning honestly, and definitely add some protein to it to give it that extra little kick. The prosciutto pasta that my partner ordered was al dente, which we did not ask for, the prosciutto was fried lunch meat ( it looked like chopped up squares) and there was barely any sauce. Go here for a drink and gnocchi food is below par.

    Thank you Seema for the review, we are very apologetic for your subpar experience. Al Dente pasta is not acceptable, as-well as bland pasta. We typically guide our first time patrons to try solely the menu the first time, then venture onto the specials. Our specials are how we keep our chefs continuously learning by letting them create dishes. We have let them know about this review so that they will learn from their mistakes. Thank you for that. As for our staff they have been spoken to about your experience and will learn from it. This feedback is greatly appreciated. We would love for you to come back and give us a second chance.

    Food was very good. There was a singer performing who was very good - but his amp was WAAAAY too loud. Made our table conversation hard.

    Been an Italian citizen that was the best pizza and pasta that I ever tasted in all surrounding area . Need to tell the waiter the way you want the food and it came out exactly the way we liked it . Must try best pizza and pasta restaurant.

    We had a great time at this restaurant. Such a wonderful experience with the staff and Chef. I tried the special of the day which was seafood Risotto with fresh Mussels, Calamari, shrimp, kale and Saffron! My friend tried Agnilotti special. Both dishes were awesome. We tried hazelnut Gelato as a dessert and tiramisu. We will definitely back!

    We were a group of 7. Salmon pasta was dry and tasteless. Gnocchi was hard. Chicken pesto was not good _ lacking flavour.

    Bellafornia burrata was delicious - very flavourable but I found that the beets were not well cooked. They were a little too crunchy on the inside to be considered “roasted”. The mushroom truffle pizza was delicious, would highly recommend!

    There is no live music on Sundays which was a disappointment. Also the ambiance leaves something to be desired. Food was okay.

    One of the worst pizzas I have had recently. I have had better frozen pizzas. Very disappointing. The service person was very nice though.

    Hello, We appreciate your taking the time to write the review for us. We are sorry to hear that your experience was not good enough. As you mentioned we served Check Peas in the small bowl as a side (your order) and also we used Peas in some pastas. the Gnocchi that we are using at Bellafornia is one of the best in city, but there is a chance that kitchen did not fried it as usual and we are sorry about that. Also we have Gelato and Ice-cream too. I hope to see you soon. Thank you again.

    It is NOT an Italian restaurant First impression, we weren’t greeted by the Manager (or owner) instead he gave us the worst look as we walked in. He greeted other guests and seated them so clearly he didn’t like our race. The waitress was nice and efficient. She seated us and her service was good. We asked to start with appetizers first then the food but we ordered all together however they brought everything almost at the same time. The food: don’t be fooled by the photos on their website. It’s far from reality. The platter is something that you can make and even better at home. They simply opened packaged food such as cheese and cold cut from probably no frills and put it in a plate. The tomato was pink. The pizza was ok The spaghetti and chicken parm was awful. The tomato sauce was nasty (can food maybe) Big portions The “kale” salad had many yellow leaves, I picked them all out of the plate as they were bad to eat. We told the waitress and she said because it’s winter so those are in the package and she added that other guests complained too. There was bad smell in the restaurant (like burnt rubber) that comes out every few minutes. We asked the waitress, she said it’s from the kitchen. We wish we never asked. The Manager/May be Owner didn’t come to check and see if everything is good or ok just like any other restaurant. Will NEVER go again, cheep place.

    Great food and drinks, with generous portions. During our dinner, the waiter was kind enough to relocate us from a table to a personal booth. Our entrees took a little longer than expected (due to a minor hiccup), but the owner was kind enough to provide us with a tiramisu, on the house. Would definitely come back again.

    Took 30 minutes before coming and asking for our drinks. People that were sat 3 groups after us were already getting their apps when my group and the other group of two that came after us still hadn’t ordered anything. The server never came back to see how it was until we were done so once the glass of water she brought to us was done there was no more. Once we finished everything it took another hour to get the bill as the server wouldn’t stop when we waved her and when we had to ask a different server for our bill as it took so long they still took another 20 minutes. Decent food I would avoid the steak as they come out well done for myself and my girlfriend when we ordered medium rare. Was bad food at all but wouldn’t go again

    We are very devastated to hear your opinion on Bellafornia. Given that we have served over 150 guests that day, it was apparent that there were some issues that had to have been solved. Our staff had their best efforts put into that very busy Valentines day. All our steaks that day have been sous vide to the perfect medium rare temperature, we would like to get down the issue which will not be tolerated.     We were pleasantly surprised by this lovely restaurant. It serves delicious Italian dishes and is perfect for a more casual every day meal. The service is amazing and I would recommend it to anyone. They happily adapted dishes to fit my kids needs, like when they wanted plain pasta with rose sauce.

    Four of us went for dinner mid-week. The restaurant was not busy. There was only 1 waitress. She was quite pleasant but not terribly efficient. There was no bread on the table nor were we asked if we wanted some. Each of us ordered a pasta dish and they did not arrive at the table together. One of us asked for some parmesan cheese, but the waitress did not ask if anyone else wanted some (which we did) and only brought one serving. She returned with more upon our request. The pasta was tepid, and I had to get up to find the waitress to ask that it be redone (reheated?) to be edible. The taste of the dishes was okay, but the pasta was still chewy. We were treated to a tiramisu dessert to share, but the dining experience left a bad taste in our mouths.

    We had an amazing experience and great food at Bellafornia. They just started 6 months ago under new management and concept, but the taste of the food are unbelievable. The atmosphere and ambiance are fantastic and it's really mean a contemporary Italian cuisine. Our group will definitely back.

    The minute we walked in, the maître d’ greeted us by name since we booked on Open Table. He showed us to our table and offered some option for drinks. Our waitress came to the table next & took our drink and appetizer order. We decided on the Barata salad which we all split and it was delicious. Next, my daughter and I ordered the salmon and pasta dish and my husband had the pasta with Bolognese sauce. The pasta was fresh and homemade and the sauces were light and delicious. Our family will be back if we are ever back in town. I highly recommend this restaurant and I wish them the best.

    Our 1st time dining at Bellafornia and we were presently surprised on the atmosphere, the service overall, although we felt that they were slightly understaffed that evening. The food was absolutely amazing and the value was superb. We are looking forward to our next visit to Bellafornia.
