    I have eaten at the Belmont several times and the food, staff and ambience have always been exceptional. Everyone I have taken there has had the same views and have brought their own friends and family to experience the Belmont Nothing short of culinary excellence inn all regards.

    My favourite neighborhood restaurant! The menu changes with the seasons and is always inventive and delicious. Fantastic cocktails, fun and friendly service, and a very welcoming, easy-going atmosphere.

    What can I say... it is a must try place. The food is awesome, especially the trini doubles. This time I had the pork tenderloin, fantastic.

    Took a while to be sat, even with a reservation. The waitress started getting our table ready, then stopped to sit someone at the bar, then went behind the bar for a bit before finishing out table and seating us. Food took a long time to come out, but was very good. Coffee and mimosa were exceptional.

    Truly a beautiful night! The food was so good! Like so so good! Loved the shareable style too, a nice background to a evening of catching up. Incredible mock tail option. The atmosphere was so cute! Would recommend for a group or a date! Very lovely time :) !!!

    Always love going here. Staff are friendly and helpful with choosing great food and drinks. Cocktails are amazing. The food never disappoints. I often try new things and am blown away by all the flavours. Cute date spot and great for family/ friend hangouts

    My second time at this little gem of a restaurant and we were not disappointed. We had the vegetarian family-style option - innovative and really delicious - along with a couple of signature cocktails. It’s a little on the pricey side, especially the wines, but that may be the way of the world.

    Everything was lovely as always ! My friend and I were in for a girls night catch up, shared three dishes Beef tartar, green beans dressed like a caesar salad and the Humboldt squid dish. More than enough food for the two of us and deliciously prepared. Great local cider selection and the service was warm and welcoming. Thank you Belmont so grateful to have you in my neighbourhood !!

    Took my Dad for his 76th birthday. We had such a good time. The food was awesome and we really enjoyed the sharing experience. Service was top notch. I can't express how much we enjoyed ourselves. Thanks to the Belmont for a great experience.

    Les portions sont style tapas et assez cher! 2 plats sur 5 étaient bon! Le prix est élevé comparé aux portions. Les chaises sont dure et pas confortable. Faut ps que ca dure longtemps. c’est petit et eco. Le service était super!

    This "share your plate" restaurant is a find. They have a limited plate selection, but every plate is tasty and different from your everyday restaurant. Reasonably priced, I highly recommend this restaurant for a date night with your spouse.

    Worst service in all of Ottawa, for me personnally. I made my reservation for 6 and they deliberately set 4 seats and were unwilling to add the 2 additional seats as per my reservation. Staff unwelcoming.
