   Benihana is my spot. This was my first time at this location and it literally was the best service and food that I've ever had. Michael W. was our server and he was amazing! Typically once the chef comes the server disappears, not Michael W!!! He was on it the entire time, we never had to ask for refills on our drinks and bused the table consistently so we didn't have any dirty dishes just sitting while we ate. Our chef Kyle was awesome as well. He had us laughing the entire show and our food was cooked to perfection! Ask to sit on Michael W.'s station and for chef Kyle when you come to this location; they will not disappoint!

   Very disappointing. The host was nice when seating us but forgot menus. I had to ask for the menu and the server saw I had children and did not bring a kids menu. The chef we had was absolutely awful! I tried to engage in conversation and he was so dead that it died quickly. Not friendly or engaging when asking what we are celebrating we said our daughters birthday not even a happy birthday or recognition. We are use to taking a photo being a big group of 6. The experience was not like we were using to having.

   Decided to go to Benihana for my husbands birthday, what a mistake. Well at least at this location. The food was good, service was HORRIBLE!!! Never received the second bottle of sake and water was never replenished. Brought appetizer soup and salad all together. After meal done and others left table took 15 minutes to bring hot tea and then wanted to sing Happy Birthday, no thank you. And sad to say the restaurant wasn’t busy.

   It was ok until our cook knew two chicks at the table gave us small portions and gave the two girls mountains of food. If you could see the portions you would laugh. $276 for our meal and I had 4 scallops 5 piece of shrimp 6 small pieces of a lobster tail. I’ve been here plenty of times and this is the first time I could say I ate my food and was still hungry. Not sure I will have this cook; cook for us again.

   Service was slow. It took the chef over an hour to come to the table. The waitress was ok. It took her a minute to come back. The food lacked flavor. Don’t be afraid to use garlic butter. The shrimp tempura was fried with too much coating. The manager offered a 20% discount to the table. But it was enough to change my mind. This was a horrible experience.

    We went to benihana for the experience knowing it was way over priced. It was nothing to write home about. The amount of food you get is minimal, no noodles and the "show" was dull. We will not be coming back. Please do not waste your time go to another hibachi.

    Very slow service. Took an hour for the chef to come to our table to cook. Waited 25 minutes for our drinks alone. Waited long also for the desserts and the check. So, overall food was good but it turned out to be a 3 hour dinner ordeal.

    First of all our cook was fantastic! Edwin G was his name and he was very engaging with everyone. My reservations were at 6:15 and I didn’t leave till 8:07 almost 2 hours for 4 people to eat. Then we were crammed in a table with no room to eat without bumping arms with total strangers. Our table was by the restrooms and the floors were slippery and almost fell a few times. The waiter and cook were great! Everything else was a definite no go for ever returning.

    I was very disappointed with the service. The waitress was slow with refills and requests. I asked her for more yum yum sauce and she forgot to bring it. She did not offer to bring me the ice cream that came with my meal, I had to wait a long time to find her to ask for it. The chef cooked the rice and onions last which really ruined the experience for me as I like to eat the meat with the rice. I spoke with the manager regarding my concerns and the most he could do was offer 10% off and tell me that they’ve been busy. Very disappointed.

    Such amazing flavors and taste combinations, had a great dinner and will go back again and again and again. Fried rice is fantastic, meat and seafood is the best. Ask for Tony the chef, he puts on quite the show and makes it extra special

    Service was absolutely atrocious, over 20 mins for a drink. Had a reservation at 8:15 and was not seated until 9pm. When I went to the hostess to see about the seating, I observed her taking a 100 dollar bill to seat a large table ahead of us! No wonder it took over 45 mins for us to be seated, she sold our table and who knows who else’s. Will never return

    The place was overbooked. Too full to take us at our reservation time. When I asked about our wait time I was told ‘just cleaning a table and you are next’. Fifteen minutes later’one more table and you see next’. Other people with reservations had been waiting an hour and getting same responses I was. If you are slammed, great, but don’t lie to me. Give me a wait time and I can make a decision. Poor impression. I won’t be back.

    Table booked for nine o’clock got there and waited over an hour for a table! Once we got a table waited another hour for any food! Absolutely horrible, always just 15-20minutes more bla bla it was just a horrible horrible evening! Overpriced and nothing done to try and make us happy! It was just not ok.

    The inside is standard looking, can be any chain. Lacks the ambience and Japanese art found at the location in the Westgate resort. Staff at this location were excellent. Greeters, female bartender, the server and the cook were all super!

    Upon arrival their was no one at the hostess desk. We waited 10min for someone to arrive and check us in. Once checked in I inquired about our wait time and was told “I can’t tell you that we’re busy”. We had a reservation and having someone in our party that is diabetic we needed to be informed. Shortly after this encounter a man comes over calls out names and when I asked “what is the last name” he looked at me and kept walking We finally get seated, 20 min before our waiter comes, another 40 before the chef comes it was 2 hrs later before I food gets started. Our Chef was amazing and made the visit tolerable.

    Restaurant was not prepared for Sunday service. Chef forgot the basic dipping sauce of ginger and Mayo sarachi. Food was bland for flavor. Floor was so dirty and greasy that my wife slipped and fell going to the bathroom. Not one employee came to assist her..

    I had my reservation for 8:15 and we we waited for more than an hour to get seated didn’t really start eating til 10:30 ish that’s TWO HOURS after my reservation at 8:15 . When we sat down we waited for another hour for the chef to show up . It was an ugly experience for the price we paid for . So disappointing like what’s the point of the reservation?! We waited more than we sat n eat .

    It’s Vegas, overpriced! Sat us by the front door, it was cold. Bar drink glass was all sticky. They charged for different sauces which was crazy. Overall food was good, chef was funny and good. Many other quality choices for price.

    We had to wait at least 30mins to get our first drinks. Then I had to call the manager just to get refills, but he ignored me too. The waiter entered our orders incorrectly and the Chef had to re-cook some meals. The Chef then had to go to the kitchen to get a food item that the waiter neglected to bring out again. Again, had to hunt down someone to refill our drinks. The Chef did his best, but even he grew frustrated with the waiter’s inability to service our table. Then we get our check and it was not what we were expecting as the waiter entered items a la cart that should’ve been originally part of our dinner plates. Completely disappointed with our experience tonight, on my Birthday no less!!! Will not be recommending this location going forward.

    We went to Benihana to celebrate my partners birthday. We were seated almost immediately for our reservation, but then waited 40 minutes for there to be the first food or any drinks brought out. I have food allergies and so we had a few requests (not using butter for our dishes because we were sharing) and while the chef remembered the majority, he cooked one of the meats with butter so I wasn’t able to eat it. I have been to a handful of Hibachi restaurants and for Benihana being known as one of the best, it wasn’t more upscale or gourmet than a normal Hibachi grill.
