   Funny we was there for Mother’s Day had chef panda and his cooking was great! we came by today and I was looking to see if I saw him I didn’t. So me and my wife was talking about who will get. BOOM chef PandA came in to cook for us.. no worries after that!!!

   Excellent service from Gabriela and Damian is a great entertainer! The music was just a pinch too loud as we tried to have conversations with the other party at the table. I would still recommend as the food and the value were great.

   Chef was good. He was very entertaining and the food was good. The service was so slow and the waitress kept forgetting things we ordered. One of the appetizers was forgotten and my grandsons meal was forgotten. The ambience was ok if you don't mind being squished. The overall experience could have been better with one less seat at the table. There were 9 people at a table built for 8 comfortably.

   We love this benihanas! The chefs are fun and friendly and the food is always delicious. It can get expensive Family of 4 was $230 plus tip. The mai tai was delicious and made perfectly.

    Our reservation was at 9:15, we didn’t get seated until 10. This is our second time coming here when we are in Vegas and its the same issue both times. Manager didn’t seem to care.

    The service was quite slow, we were seated in the bar area and once the waiter took our order, we didn’t see him until after the food was delivered, we ate and were ready to go. It the. Took a while for him to even come over and provide us with our bill.

    We had reservations yet we had to wait 30 mins. They overbooked tables. We waited an hour for our food. Cook was friendly that was the best part of the DINNA. Food was average.

    I made Reservations and they seated me but it took them 1 hours and 15 minutes to bring me soup and salad and a drink The manager apologized and said she was going to give big discount and did not I was shaking hungry it was horrible

    Food was great! Chef, Edgar - Kungfu Panda. Restaurant lobby, is too small, it feels too crowded & noise level is too high. Ventilation in the restaurant is poor. Too much smoke from the food being cooked.

    Our server was very slow. Drinks, apps, took a long time. Then the chef came asked how we were doing no one said anything at our table so the chef said I know you guys are hungry it’s been awhile and just started cooking everything. I ordered spicy hibachi shrimp that comes with its own veggie/shrimp combo, I only got shrimp with hot sauce very disappointing. Reservation was at 8:15 didn’t eat food til 9:50. Other tables ate and had a show way faster than ours.

    Chef seemed afraid to preform could not hear much of what he was saying, his voice was very low key. Every other chef around us were being loud and really preforming our cook seemed like he did not know what he was doing as if we’re doing his performance for the very first time. Our food was cold when he was done cooking. He took too long to cook everyone’s ingredients.

    Horrible. We waited 40 minutes before getting seated at a table. And waited another 30 minutes before we even had a waitress. It took forever for the food to come and get our bill. It took about another 25 minutes or so from the time we were done eating. Overall a very poor experience.

    We have been going to Benihana- Las Vegas numerous times. But tonight was really enjoyable with our chef, Edgar AKA Chef.kung.fu.panda. He was awesome. The family was engaging and you can tell he really took pride in his work. He made our dining experience so fun. If you are there, try to request him. I know we will next time we go again.

    The chief didn’t make any show, the value of the food was vey small. They just cooked the food and lift. We told them that it is our friend birthday, but no one care about it.

    Less than stellar hostess experience when we arrived, after calling multiple times w no answer trying to locate the entrance. Spicy shrimp hibachi was decent, trio was bland and steak was over cooked. Definitely not as we remember it being in the past. Our server Sophia was lovely and we appreciated having her during our subpar visit at it made it tolerable.

    It’s getting worse by the day. Putting 10 people on a 8 person table. Small portions, begging for tips, sorry not again. I thought last time was just a bad day… now it’s just the way it is. They just don’t care anymore. Go to the other one at Westgate!

    Date night with the wife, first time we had gone to dinner in over 2 years due to having babies. When we sat down at our seats, we had waited for an hour for a chef (Damian) decided to come out and give us a show/cook food. Our waiter was amazing even though the chef decided to take an hour before coming out. Damian also showed us without a hat. Damian tried to flip the tools and was an absolute mess knocking into everyones cups and plates. Seemed he had never done it before or it was his first time. He then asked if my wife and I if we are coming for any celebration, so we explained for time going out since having a new baby. Damian then stated, "You left your newborn at home?!" With a surprised face. My wife then stated, "We have Grandma watching them, its not like we are going clubbing." Damian said, "Well, my mom wouldn't have left me until i was at least 6 months old."statement Damian made with the facial expression made my wife feel like we shouldn't have got a date night. It made the dinner experience less fun and depressing. Damian, as a chef, is dull, and the only time we got, we got a song etc, is when the chef behind him (Dom) initiated a duo song. I enjoyed Dom at another table more than i did our own chef. IF we ever come back, i will be requesting to never have Damian as a chef again. At the end of the night i asked how the tipping works because i didnt feel like i wanted to tip the chef any money because of the experience but its a tipping pool i couldn't tip my waiter heavy and skip the chef. I still tipped 30% because our waiter was so amazing. The chef is who makes the entire experience fun and exciting. I would recommend requesting Dom or Johnny. Seems that their tables were laughing and singing all night long.

    I'm a Vegas local & eat at Benihana all the time but this was the worst. Took 30mins to get seated & that was with reservations. Then took about another 30 to get our table taken care of. There were only 4 people at the table and it was like they were waiting for more to join which had us waiting. Next issue the table was dripping oil on my BRAND NEW! white tennis shoes! The manger comes over and starts to assist. Although he got the oil leak cleaned up he didn't seem to care much about my shoes! I didn't raise a stink, I was very cool about it all He gives me his card and says get them cleaned and if that doesn't work corporate will replace them That is a no brainer and the least I would expect. Its Oil on a white tennis shoe! He tells me to have the waitress see him when we get the bill. So I do that and he comes to the table and says yes whats the problem. I repeated what he said and he says he didn't say that. He grudgingly took 50% off as if I was the problem. The least I would expect for my brand new shoe is my shoe replaced w/o the hoops to jump thru. The most would've been better handling of the situation. I painstakingly cleaned my shoe myself and got the oil stain out. I'm in the service industry and its not always what you do but its how you do it and handle the situation. And this was not the way.
