   Had a great time. Chef Ray is awesome. The hostess and waitress were amazing also. No complaints, great food and company. Next one I’m in Vegas, it’s one of my to-go spots.

   Hibachi restaurants, like many establishments, can be hit or miss, but tonight Benihana was on point. The service was prompt, accurate, and attentive. The chef was entertaining and engaging, but not over the top. We received outstanding treatment with excellent food quality as a cherry on top. We’ll definitely be back!

   Always a great time. Food is very good. Drinks are great. Atmosphere is fun and vibrant. We had Johnny as our chef and he is hilarious and very entertaining. "Goonies never say die, Johnny." Thanks for making my daughter's birthday fun.

   My husband and I took our four small children there for dinner while visiting Vegas during spring break. The service was great and food was good, but I’m still in shock about the prices. Kids meals, which normally cost anywhere from $7-10 at most places were $25-30. For a kids meal! That’s a little bit of grilled meat, rice, soup or salad, and a drink. Seems outrageous to me. I get that it’s Vegas, but when a full adult meal is around $25-30, they should lower the kids meals prices. Had a fun time, but unfortunately won’t be taking the kids there next time.

    Chef was great, good fun. Unfortunately had issues with the server. It seemed as though there was not enough staff. Some parts of our order were missed (the chef made sure we got these items when he realized). We said something to the manager that was working but they seemed to not care. Wouldn’t return, service was not worth the price.

    As always, we befriended another couple at our table, tourists from New York and Colorado. By the end of the meal, we were like old friends. The dueling-chef show was terrific, the food was a good as ever. Always a reliable experience and a great memory!

    This was one of the worst Benihana experiences I've had. We were assigned with an inexperienced cook, who obviously didn't know what he was doing. We had to guide him a few times, and he just shrugged it off. The Manager was not open to our concerns and there were no concessions being offered. They presented us with our huge bill for a less than mediocre experience and meal. Hopefully the next time I go there I will ask to not have Tywon be our cook. Proceed with caution.

    Fried rice was great, but you pay an additional 7.50 for that. I had the scallops, very bland. My daughter had the chicken, very bland, minimal vegetables as we were the last ones at the table to get served and received a smaller portion because he ran out. .. my vegetables consisted of 4 small zucchini pieces and the rest of the pile was onions ... and of course there's so much soy being used, that everything is terribly salty.... plan on drinking a lot of water for the rest of the night!

    Reservations were for 7:30 for 2. We arrived promptly and weren’t sat for another 20 minutes (3 parties arrived after we did and were sat before us, which I can’t assume anything but he even called my name then sat me back down to wait another 10 minutes). We ended up ordering and waiting nearly an hour for the chef to arrive at our table. I could not wait. I had to leave and the manager wanted to try and discount the fact I had waited from7:30 to 9 pm to even put any food in my mouth. It was ridiculous.

    Been to different locations of Benihana before and have always had an amazing experience however this time I felt that the waiter was extremely tired and quickly made the food and got don’t with the cooking in minutes and didn’t really give that experience!

    Good: the chef was great, entertaining, and really involved in making sure we had a good time. Couldn’t recommend him enough. Bad: We made reservations to avoid waiting to be seated and we’re not seated till 45 minutes after that reservation time. This is ridiculous and needs to be remedied. I watched several staff be degrading on what appeared to be newer employee learning the ropes. Be constructive and if you need to have a more serious talk take it off the floor away from customers. Our waiter was advised we had a Vegan in our group and never passed it on to our chef who had to modify everything he prepped to accommodate. This showed that he did not care or was not dialed in on us. This needs to be remedied as well so no one pays for eating something they are not willing to eat.

    The only thing that saves this evening was our Chef, Chef Panda!! He was amazing, his passion for creating amazing iOS for his customers saved what started out as a completely horrible experience. Our table server was obviously not in the mood to be at work, and didn’t get the tables order in on a timely manner so that we ended up sitting there for over an hour after our reservation time with no chef, wile tables that were seated after us were already eating. Thank you to Chef Panda and his amazing food, attention to detail and great customer service for turning the evening around and providing amazing service and food!!!

    Love coming to Benihana is Vegas. I usually go to the other one behind the strip I think bc of the vibe but this one suited us just fine. The food was really good, fresh, and hot.

    Food and waitress was good but the tepanyaki chef was not so great. He didn’t bring any excitement and energy to the table. In my opinion the show is the reason why you would choose Benihana’s.

    The cook was in a rush or something. Cooked everything super fast without being careful about not burning the food. got the Ocean treasure and was served 3 shrimps , 4 scallops and lobster tail meat was shared with another guest at the table and got an incredibly small portion of it. lobster was cooked last when the cook remembered and was oddly timed bc i had ate everything else. my partner ordered the steak which was also shared with a guest and she was served a small portion of the steak too!!! spoke to the manager and started blaming us for not calling to get him when we were served the small portions so he could see. brought out the receipt and referred to what was on the receipt try to justify the portion sizes instead of trying to find a solution for the problem and listening to us. will never go back to benihana at the fashion show mall, very poor service and not worth the amount of money spent.

    What the F has happened to Benihana?? This was not an optimal dining experience. The table we were sat at did not have a "chef' for more than 40 minutes Our drink orders were taken but arrived 15-20 minutes later Our soup was lukewarm, the Manager had to go back twice to get new hot soup to our table Salads were ice cold The Chef while he did fill us in that he was a replacement for someone who called out sick, was inexperienced, messy, he cross contaminated chicken onto the veggies, we had to ask him to clean the grill in between preparing the steak/chicken and seafood. The ventilation is terrible, left out of there with smoky food smell imbedded in my clothes and hair The noise level is off the charts with each "chef' banging their utensils like music instruments, competing with each other and the loud overhead music system. The waitress/server kept forgetting to bring things like refills and drinks... It was terrible!
