   Been to different locations of Benihana before and have always had an amazing experience however this time I felt that the waiter was extremely tired and quickly made the food and got don’t with the cooking in minutes and didn’t really give that experience!

   Good: the chef was great, entertaining, and really involved in making sure we had a good time. Couldn’t recommend him enough. Bad: We made reservations to avoid waiting to be seated and we’re not seated till 45 minutes after that reservation time. This is ridiculous and needs to be remedied. I watched several staff be degrading on what appeared to be newer employee learning the ropes. Be constructive and if you need to have a more serious talk take it off the floor away from customers. Our waiter was advised we had a Vegan in our group and never passed it on to our chef who had to modify everything he prepped to accommodate. This showed that he did not care or was not dialed in on us. This needs to be remedied as well so no one pays for eating something they are not willing to eat.

   The only thing that saves this evening was our Chef, Chef Panda!! He was amazing, his passion for creating amazing iOS for his customers saved what started out as a completely horrible experience. Our table server was obviously not in the mood to be at work, and didn’t get the tables order in on a timely manner so that we ended up sitting there for over an hour after our reservation time with no chef, wile tables that were seated after us were already eating. Thank you to Chef Panda and his amazing food, attention to detail and great customer service for turning the evening around and providing amazing service and food!!!

   Love coming to Benihana is Vegas. I usually go to the other one behind the strip I think bc of the vibe but this one suited us just fine. The food was really good, fresh, and hot.

   Food and waitress was good but the tepanyaki chef was not so great. He didn’t bring any excitement and energy to the table. In my opinion the show is the reason why you would choose Benihana’s.

   Birthday celebration. Great time. Had to wait a bit for the chef, but he was great and so was the food. The service team did well while we waited. We would definitely go back and recommend.

   The cook was in a rush or something. Cooked everything super fast without being careful about not burning the food. got the Ocean treasure and was served 3 shrimps , 4 scallops and lobster tail meat was shared with another guest at the table and got an incredibly small portion of it. lobster was cooked last when the cook remembered and was oddly timed bc i had ate everything else. my partner ordered the steak which was also shared with a guest and she was served a small portion of the steak too!!! spoke to the manager and started blaming us for not calling to get him when we were served the small portions so he could see. brought out the receipt and referred to what was on the receipt try to justify the portion sizes instead of trying to find a solution for the problem and listening to us. will never go back to benihana at the fashion show mall, very poor service and not worth the amount of money spent.

    Had a reservation for 8:15pm but didn’t get seated until after 9:00. Service was very slow and the bar tender was arguing with the manager wanting to quit. Food was average.

    The restaurant is a must visit while in Vegas.I just didn’t understand the purpose of setting a reservation if you still have to wait . My reservation was set for 7:45pm but we weren’t seated until 9:00pm.

    What the F has happened to Benihana?? This was not an optimal dining experience. The table we were sat at did not have a "chef' for more than 40 minutes Our drink orders were taken but arrived 15-20 minutes later Our soup was lukewarm, the Manager had to go back twice to get new hot soup to our table Salads were ice cold The Chef while he did fill us in that he was a replacement for someone who called out sick, was inexperienced, messy, he cross contaminated chicken onto the veggies, we had to ask him to clean the grill in between preparing the steak/chicken and seafood. The ventilation is terrible, left out of there with smoky food smell imbedded in my clothes and hair The noise level is off the charts with each "chef' banging their utensils like music instruments, competing with each other and the loud overhead music system. The waitress/server kept forgetting to bring things like refills and drinks... It was terrible!

    Benihana is fun especially if you’ve never been there - a bit expensive for what you get - but worth a once a year fun night with the kids.

    The staff and chef Carlos and Chef Kung Fu Panda are amazing. The food was incredible and the experience was superb. I would travel many miles for this joint. Love this place. My all time favorite Benihana in the US.

    Reservations were limited, restaurant was busy/loud, food was good but not great, service was okay. Chef was great, but our server was slow, seemed preoccupied/irritated, & then disappeared the second we paid, so we had to find another server to get us a to-go box.

    We were sitter on time .. but waited for about an hour for the chef to join and cook for us. The food was really good but it didn’t worth the long wait behind the table.

    Very good. We went on a busy Saturday night but made reservations ahead of time. Wait was less than 10 min. Food was cooked as requested and was good also. Definitely recommend

    Great atmosphere. The food is mid level especially for the price. Tried two different locations and both locations lack flavor. Service was great. I will only go back for a special occasion if invited. I will not be the one planning the dinner and I will not recommend unless they add more flavor to the food.

    My only complaint here is the speed of service. We got there at 11:45 we didn’t even get our soup and salads until 12:20. Our chef didn’t start cooking until 12:40. I understand the restaurant wants to fill every seat but it was ridiculous waiting there for another couple to fill the last seats. Everything else was fine but the speed of service. I had to leave to go pick up my daughter and we had to leave by 1:30. I asked the waiter for boxes and the check. While he gave us the boxes in a timely manner; he served up ice cream to two tables and still didn’t have the check ready. I had to have my family start walking back to the car while I wait on the check. The meal was almost two hours long which is the longest meal I’ve ever had at a Benihana’s to include a meal with 11 family members for my birthday a few years back. Go the other Benihana’s at Westgate. Ambience is better and so is the service.

    The food was grea! Chefs were fantastic! Charles needed help- he was running from one large table to another. Our ‘lunch’ took 3 hours! Our bill got messed up…but the manager was good and we worked it out.

    Chef Derek was fantastic!!!! Our Land and Sea was prepared to perfection. Unfortunately our server did not bring our dessert and tea that is included with the dinner. Manager ended up packing our ice cream to go.

    Food always so great. Was seated close to 50 minutes after reservation time, and the cook did some weird non-Beni Han type things. Bit everything tasted great as usual

    Horrible! I got sick from the food. I have always had great food before but this was the first time at this location. The soup and edamame came after the rolls. The edamame I asked for was to be salted and wasn’t and had a lemons? The waitress told me the soup was late because we were the 1st customers to order it, this was at 2:30pm. The rolls didn’t taste right so we didn’t even fished half of our shared meal and we both got sick. Very disappointing.
