   My fiancé and I have been to habachi in New York but this was the best experience we have had and the food was amazing!! Our cook had to change his cart due to people at our table leaving last minute before he started but that didn’t stop him from having an amazing attitude and still having the same energy! Our waitress was also very kind and patient when we were trying to call our credit card company to let them know it wasn’t fraud when we paid since we were in a different country. Didn’t feel rushed or like we were annoying her! She had a smile on her face the whole time and genuinely wanted to help us! Highly recommend!

   The service was excellent but the portion of foods for the price was unacceptable. I basically paid $150 per person for a stir fry. I will never go there again. Horrible value for the food received.

    Good food, dinner theatrics were okay. Everyone was attentive. The value is in the overall portion sizes and ambience. Vegetarian option was just okay - but it was still available, which speaks to the lack of other options in Niagara Falls. The main seasoning is butter and salt - which makes everything perfect! You leave fat and happy.

    Everything was great except the bill. Extremely expensive. That may be part our fault for not looking over the bill closely enough. I believe there is a tourist tax applied and as locals I think we got dinged for that unnecessarily.

    For $300 for two people we expected better food. The experience was good. Our chef was personable and made the experience fun. We were the only ones at our table (our reservation was for 6:30 pm on a Friday), and enjoyed the quick service. The chicken and steak were over cooked and the vegetables were burned. The Hibachi rice was ok. While we are glad we experienced Benihana, we won’t be back.

    This price is just overpriced .I have been to one of these restaurants at Toronto and I wanted to try it here at Niagara.The food was not good at all.The rice was salty and the chicken was bland .I paid 200+ for 2 people .I am definitely never coming here or recommending it to any one.

    Pricey, but that’s expected in Niagara. Plus you get dinner and a show. Worth it for a nice treat. Delicious food served hot right in front of you. Great chef and servers.

    The portions were small, the dishes were fancy, and there were mistakes during the show. And it is unpleasant to have to share a table with people you don't know and eat. But his prices are really very expensive, and only the service is satisfactory. But will not come back.

    I have never felt so rushed having a meal in my life. Taking our order before I even sit down, courses came out way to fast, birthday dessert was given out almost immediately after receiving the main course then the bill was handed out while we all still had full plates of food. Also, WAY WAY over priced for what you got. Chef at the table was okay but didn't make it as special and fun as you see on the videos. Don't waste your money. Oh and we were charged a gratuity of 18% on the bill and then was prompted at the pin to tip on top of that. Plus there's the Niagara Falls tourism fee on too. 2 adults, 2 kids, a couple drinks, no apps and it cost over $400 cad

    This was our first time to Benihana and our overall experience was enjoyable. Unfortunately, the “show” (their term) did not quite meet our expectations. Our chef was friendly and cordial but we saw very few tricks and excitement as we had expected. The staff were quite professional and friendly but we felt quite rushed throughout our dining experience, despite arriving and being seated early. The food was very good and our chef did a great job cooking to everyone’s tastes. The portion sizes were great, and most of us brought home leftovers. The biggest problem was the cost. We found it to be absolutely absurd. I believe OpenTable suggests a price range of $50 per person but that is actually about the cost of a child’s meal! The restaurant does not post prices on it’s website and we were in a bit of sticker shock when we saw the menu in person ($74-$94 for the basic chicken and steak meals, much higher for filet or seafood, plus a mandatory 17% gratuity). Be forewarned! Once we got over the price shock, it was still a fun first-time experience for our family and we made the best of our visit.

    I have been to Benihanas around the world and none would charge the exorbitant prices that this location charges. This is outright gouging customers. Need to have very deep pockets and not mind this huge expense and also really want Tapinaki.

    Celebrating 1st Christmas with my significant other. It was a surprise for him and he didn’t know where we were going. Both of us had never been to Benihana before, so first time guests all around. Our server was attentive and warm. She helped tailor our order to specific seafood choices we liked, shrimp, tuna, and lobster. Our Chef Patrick was incredibly professional, skilled, entertaining, funny, and engaging. Everything was skillfully prepared with the extra flair of many impressive and entertaining tricks. The tuna, lobster were excellent and perfectly cooked. The grilled veggies were a tasty addition to the meal. We both loved the zucchini. Mushroom/onion soup was yummy. Only complaint was the salad portion was really small and we only got one for two people. The hosts and perhaps manager (had a blazer on) were so friendly when we paid and headed out. Was happy to share compliments for everything, and to The Chef!

    Todo was a fantastic chef who was very skilled and entertaining. The ahi tuna was very fresh and very good quality. Beef was really good cut and flavourful. Vegetables were tender and very tasty. First time my sixteen year old son has liked zucchini. He ate it all. The portions are large, no one left hungry. Great dinner!

    For a meal that cost us almost $100 each, it’s definitely not worth it. The food was very bland and lacked salt and any kind of spice. The service was very good and chef was very entertaining. Food portions were also very generous but given the food itself was not tasty, having a big portion size was a waste. Best part of the meal was the onion soup and salad.

    Not our first time, but it was for our grand children. We were a table of five adults and two kids 6 and 8. You are paying for a dinner show. The show was good but the chef needs a little more practice (quite a few fumbles) but made up for it with his mannerism. The food was as good as your typical North American Asian style, but everyone's shrimp was hammered and chewy. The service and personal touches from all the staff were exceptional.
