   Excellent food and impeccable service. The reservation system has a fine follow up. Drinks are well prepared. I have been several time at the Benjamin and never regret going there.

   Worst Waygu steak I have ever eaten & one of the smallest. I used to come here every other week for the American Waygu and that was a great steak. Served on a hot plate. Now that steak is off menu & they have a $245 Waygu steak which is half the size & chewy. No way that cold, stringy chewy steak is a quality grade Japanese A5. Cost me $610 for a dinner for me and my 14 year old son. & The steak was cold, chewy & terrible. I'll never come back. There is also no way that steak was 10 oz's. It was about 6 oz's. They also do not know how to cook it.

   This was my second time at Benjamin Prime and it was even better than the first. Our server Ary was absolutely delightful and made our experience wonderful. Every special occasion should be celebrated here. The food was exquisite and the vibes were immaculate.

   My husband and I shared the porterhouse for two which was fabulous! We both started with shrimp cocktail; yummy! Enjoyed the cream spinach and onion rings. The mashed potatoes were a little dry. Service was excellent.

   I went to Benjamin Prime for a long luncheon with some friends I have not seen in a long time. Having dined at Benjamin Prime many times, I was confident my guests would have an enjoyable experience. Well, it was not only enjoyable -- but OUTSTANDING! All elements of the dining experience were top-notch: from the great cocktails by the bartender LILY, to the outstanding service from our server, RONNIE, and to the welcoming attentive floor manager, SEAN. And oh yes, the food! Great tartars, perfect shrimp cocktails, delicious side dishes, and of course luscious steaks! The three of us ordered different ones: a New York Strip, a Filet Mignon, and for me, a Bone-in Ribeye. Each were perfectly cooked and delicious! Thank you, Benjamin Prime!

   This very elegant restaurant is popular with business dinner groups and pharmaceutical company lecture dinners in a beautifully designed second floor space. I never knew the first floor restaurant was so nice. The food was equally as good for which I give five stars. The service was attentive, but, at times, perplexing dealing with the language barrier in some not so important cases. (i.e. coffee ordered and questions about the wine) Overall, the food, elegance and atmosphere make this a top notch destination.

    Top Service and food is excellent! The appetizers like the scallops and the crab meat are hard to find in other steakhouses so I was happy I found this here.

    Honestly we had a lovely dinner, our server was very friendly and courteous. My only disappointment was that I requested my filet to not be butterflied and it came out butterflied. It was quickly noticed and the issue was resolved without me having to say much of anything. It took an extra 20 minutes and then all was great once it came out. We were given a complimentary dessert which was very kind.

    It has been some time since I was back in the city for lunch and Benjamin's Prime did itself proud. We skipped right past the pre fixe menu and went for the whole portions. The steaks were outstanding and perfectly prepared. The sides were incredible particularly the mushrooms. A incredible place for a business lunch or special occasion.

    Service was friendly, attentive and accommodating. We had a show to make and the entire staff worked efficiently and effortlessly with a pleasant attitude. Our filet mignon was cooked perfectly. First time guests but we will definitely be back!

    We always go to one of the Benjamin Steakhouses for occasions. Christmas, birthdays, Valentine's Day, Easter, anniversaries. Sometimes Benjamin Prime, sometimes Benjamin Steakhouse, and we've always enjoyed our time and meals at both. However, last night was disappointing. I ordered the Bone-in Ribeye. The server brought a steak knife and warned me to "be careful, it's very sharp." I couldn't cut the steak because it was mainly gristle and bone. Of course I would expect the bone, after all it's in the name of the cut. But to not be able to cut most of the steak was something I've never experienced at a Benjamin restaurant before. And I ALWAYS order the ribeye. I even ran my finger over the "very sharp" blade. It was not. I asked the waiter for another knife. He immediately brought me two, one a serrated edge. Neither could do the job. Our service was fantastic. It always is. But the quality of the steak, this time, was very disappointing. I would hesitate to recommend Benjamin Steakhouse Prime to a friend at this point.

    A beautiful meal and very attentive service, we were recommended this restaurant for when we came to visit New York from the UK for my husband’s birthday. The staff even went that little extra mile to help us celebrate. We would definitely recommend.

    Outstanding meal as usual. 3 of us shared the porterhouse for 2 accompanied by mashed potatoes, asparagus and 3 appetizers (Caesar salad, Wedge salad, lobster bisque). Everything was delicious. Prices were high end steakhouse prices but you get what you pay for. Will be going back … again
