The food was amazing - and a big relief considering we were going to a restaurant for Thanksgiving for the first time. The service from David was top notch and we could not have been more pleased. Expensive but worth it in the end.

Nice place. Superb service from our hosts. Beautiful view to the lake. Good music and ambience. Regarding food: Ahi tuna tartar was excellent. Salmon and Risotto, too. Traditional Thanksgiving platter was mediocre; the turkey breast was dry and the gravy neither had consistency nor flavor. Flourless chocolate cake was delicious, but Tiramisu was flavorless and pistachio ice cream didn’t taste pistachio. Regular restaurant menu seems to be really good, specially home made pastas.

Horrible experience with the hostess accosting my wife and special needs daughter coming out of the restroom to see if they belonged in the restaurant. We were finishing up a $600 meal. Hostess claimed people come in who don’t belong and use the restroom. Manager, who heard the hostess, then claimed what she meant was that she was checking to see if my family had a reservation to help her. A mistake I can take. Bigoted liars are something I can’t stand.

Dear valued guest, I've already apologized profusely for the episode that has nothing to do with what you claimed. The hostess asked if they had a reservation as she met them in the hallway, and, meant no disrespect. One of the gentleman addressed the hostess very harshly. And the same person hit me several times in the shoulder while I was apologizing.

What a wonderful night and glad we chose Bice to celebrate. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and sensed it would be a special night. Francisco, our waitperson, was top notch and offering many menu suggestions and as well, offered his favorites. We felt we were Francisco's only table and his service was spot on. Food was very good and the pasta tasted homemade and our filet was cooked perfectly. Cannot wait to return to Bice! Ciao!

Server seemed unfamiliar with fine dining (didn’t offer to decant out bottle of red wine, I had to ask. Also made a very bad recommendation on the white wine we had in the beginning of the meal.) though he was friendly and timely. It’s very loud and echoey in the restaurant like a cafeteria, but other than that the ambiance is what you’d expect. Food was very good except for the Tiramisu was one of the worst I’ve had. Not displeased with the entire experience, just a little irritated at times.

The food was fantastic as always. We ordered the carpaccio, which was phenomenal. Both of us ordered the short-rib ravioli and it was amazing. The creme brulee was very good, but the sugar was a little bit too burnt to the point it overpowered the vanilla flavor. Service was generally good, but they initially brought the wrong dessert and our after-dinner drinks sat on the bar after being made for almost 10 minutes before being brought to the table.

Deberías avergonzarte de ti mismo. Dejaste a todos esperando 30 minutos después de que el restaurante cerró sin importarte que la gente estuviera esperando por ti, luego llamaste estúpido a mi Maitre D dos veces por un error por el que se disculpó profusamente. Pasé 30 minutos para ordenar. al servicio de habitaciones una comida para su hijo y le enviaron Spaghetti Alfredo con pollo, la única pasta disponible.

We were staying at the Portofino and ate here one night. The service was wonderful, our server Julio was exceptional and steered us towards some great food. The bread service was so so good, we shared a salad and octopus appetizer. The octopus was the only misstep...it was fine but the potatoes were cold and under seasoned and the octopus was not super tender But our pastas (pappardelle de telefono and cappaleccio - house pasta with short rib filling) were absolutely wonderful. Get the cannoli for dessert!

Delicious! Service was so wonderful, they chilled our wine, poured it when glasses were empty, quickly removed empty plates. Plus, they described dishes to us when we weren’t sure on them, helped with recommendations. The caprese salad was delicious, the mozzarella was so fresh it could be pulled apart with the spoon they provided! There were chefs specials for October and the ravioli was so good. Proportions were perfect, 6 ravioli so I didn’t feel forced to keep eating in fear of leaving too much food. Just enough for an adult!
