    Server was great but food took way too long to get to us. Even though we told them that we were going to a show. It still took too long and we were late for our show

    Ordered the Steak Frite. Both the steak and fries were cold when they arrived at the table. It wasn’t busy so I can assume the kitchen was understaffed or just not keeping an eye on the food. Staff were efficient and friendly.

    My salad was drowned in sauce, no knife (although we asked for it), no one asked us if the food was good. I wouldn't choose this restaurant again, I'd rather pay a bit more and get better value for money.

    Josh and the bartender (not sure of his name) but both were outstanding, made our bachelorette experience top tier! The drink and food suggestions were on point, and very personalized which made the whole experience better, kudos to both of them for going above and beyond the entire time we were there!

    What an awful experience. It was. Our service was so incredibly slow and poorly executed. We ordered wine, found out they didn’t have it in stock. Ordered cocktails (with Tito’s vodka), got a drink and found out at the end of the meal it was not Tito’s. Our food came out so late and cold. We requested utensils multiple times before we finally got some. Our food was cold and definitely not fresh. Cleared our plates to the side after waiting 20 min for the waiter to come and clear them. All in all - it was awful. Do not recommend.

    J'ai adoré ce restaurant où j'ai pu apporter mes enfants et quand même me sentir dans un endroit pour adultes avec un un bon menu de repas et de bières! Ma serveuse Sam a dépasser mes attentes elle a été patiente avec nos enfants de 2 et 5 ans et elle nous a fais sentir à l'aise et elle était chaleureuse. Je sais que les enfants ne sont pas toujours les bienvenus dans des restos de ce type et elle nous a facilité la tache en etant à notre écoute! J'y retournerai absolument !! Excellent service et que dire des burger et des schnitzel de poulet ! Miam !

    I hope proximity to the Bell Centre provides stability. There seems no other reason for this place to exist. Compared to other Bier Markt I have been to, this one ranks lowest in food, service, and BEER! With a poor menu it would have been nice to know what was unavailable before ordering (literally) 3 times only to have the server return and report that what we ordered was not available. Kind of a joke frankly.

    Disappointing experience. I booked over a month in advance and indicated that it was for a birthday, they sat us right by the front door. Also, there is a reduced menu because of a labour shortage so we weren’t able to order what we had initially planned. Had we known this, we would have went somewhere else. Lastly, when reserving they ask if it is for a special occasion, yet nothing was done to acknowledge my partner’s birthday. Disappointing experience.

    I was there for a casual business diner, impecable service, food was very good although our 3 steaks were medium-done instead of rare. No bad feelings, I will definitely recommend.

    My daughter and i had dinner here on a Friday during a short trip from Toronto. The Habs were playing the Leafs. So it was noisy as one might expect. The food came very quickly and it was very well prepared. The price was also very reasonable. Don't drink so can't comment on the beer but there was a lot of choices. Would recommend if you are staying in one of the hotels in the area.

    This place was recommended to me by a friend. I’m so glad she did!!! The food was excellent and the charcuterie board and Cesar was the best I’ve had!!

    J’ai passé un beau moment. Nous sommes au Sheraton et puisque que le resto et le bar de l’hôtel sont fermé, nous aurions voulu rester plus tard que 11h. Un événement de plusieurs centaines de personnes au Sheraton. Un maillage pourrait être avantageux pour vous bien que votre resto fonctionne déjà super bien.

    I came to bier market for their selection of beer very disappointed that the Quebec branch is limited to a small menu . The beer chosen was “out of stock” the other one I choose was flat . We ordered a third choice and again the beer was flat . Would not come back here again . It’s a beer disaster not beer market.
