   Our waitress was extremely pleasant and helpful. LOVE all the gluten free options and I DO appreciate the choices! My Pad Thai was generous and very delicious! Thank you for a lovely lunch.

   Big bowl is one of our very favorite restaurants. We've always had excellent food, the service and staff are always pleasant and friendly. Restaurant is clean and ambiance is very nice

   We are long-time Big Bowl fans. This was one of our worst experiences. The odds of us returning are low. The restaurant was nearly empty. We figured out why when our flavorless dishes (kung pao stir fry) with undercooked noodles were delivered. Big Bowl has always had some of the most flavorful, fantastic food but this was sub-par at best. Incredibly disappointed.

   We must have eaten here more than one hundred times! The service is always excellent at the bar (Thank you Gwen) - the food is always on point and incredibly consistent - due to the longevity of the chef staff.

   Excellent food always, but will miss the one closer to home at Rosedale. We love the good good there at Big Bowl. We had a wonderful wait person named Marina, polite, and attentive to our needs. We will be back to the Big Bowl in Ridgedale.

   Our server was fantastic and food was delicious. Panang curry sauce with chicken plus brown rice. 2nd person had beef with teriyaki sauce and jasmine rice. Yum!

    The food was great. The waitress was nice, but not attentive. Didn’t check on us and didn’t notice when we wanted the check. Floor wasn’t the cleanest, but better than the last time I was there.

    It’s been awhile since I’ve been here and oh man I didn’t know how much I missed it. I had the shrimp pad Thai and it tasted so fresh and flavorful. Nice big portion and they didn’t skimp on the shrimp.

    I normally love the chicken pad Thai here but For Some reason it didn’t taste good at all . My husband who is not at all picky disliked it as well. I asked for a birthday candle dessert when I made these reservations and it was never followed through with which was disappointing. Why even bother asking in open table any special requests then?!

    Food was not as normal. We tried different things this time which could be the reason it wasn’t up to our normal expectations. Service was as usual outstanding! New gal and she did a superb job! We love Big Bowl!

    A nice restaurant to go if you want to try some Asian style meals. The amount of food was good for an individual. Staff were nice. We had to wait for about 40 minutes to get our food during busy lunch hour. Try to avoid the busy time if you don't want to wait that long.

    On a very bitter cold night, we were welcomed to a toasty back room. The service was friendly and outstanding. The food and ambiance were delicious and pleasing. The only detraction was the flickering overhead lights. Management made up for that by offering a free dessert. Overall, a very pleasant and enjoyable dining experience!

    The Big Bowl always has great food & service. They still have a Covid-19 surcharge, which in my opinion should be dropped. At this point, they might as well be upfront and raise prices like everyone else. It puts the server in a bad spot when the bill arrives and you see a 3.5% fee. This location is also very tired, and is in need of a refresh.

    Food was pretty good. Caveat. We were in on Christmas Eve. I thank anyone who will take a day that should be holiday to serve us. My parents are elderly and going out was important to them. However our server couldn’t remember a lot of the simple things we asked for.

    Our server was SO kind and helpful, best customer service experience of 2023. Food was great, we loved the ahi poke bowl. Only suggestion would be to bring back the chicken satay, it was our daughter’s favorite and she was disappointed, it was great option for kids.
