The quality of the food was good but all four of us agreed it was somewhat bland and lacking in taste. The calamari were overcooked and rubbery which is common at most restaurants. The menu is quite extensive and inviting but we're not planning a return visit anytime soon.

This visit was especially great as everything flowed well. The service, the ambiance, the drinks and of course the food was excellent. As a frequent customer, we appreciate that the portions have not gone through shrinkflation as much as other restaurants. I would not say it is inexpensive but relatively good value. Favourites: nachos. Rings, shrimp and Pilsener. Enjoy!

We had a great time last night at Big Rig. Our server was very attentive and ensured that we had everything we needed - including many refills of ice water!

Had lunch with a friend and we were impressed with everything! The Food was absolutely delicious and the portions were plentiful. Our Server was attentive but gave us space to enjoy our meal without pressure to order extras. Very pleased! 5's across the board!

Met up with family members and there were many options available, hard to decide as many looked very appetizing. Service was friendly and prompt, food tasted great and was large portions. Really enjoy our visit and wish there was a Big Rig in KW.
