   We had a good time. it was busy but we didn't mind waiting. half an hour for our food as we booked at very short notice. Food was very tasty.

   This was one of our most enjoyable restaurant visits in quite a while. Everything came together and was the top quality (and we are not that easy to please). The food was very good and very hot meaning it was brought out immediately after it was prepared. For my family it's a very important criteria. Top service. Really. Not once our requests were forgotten or delayed. We were surprised to learn that Bill's is a chain. My family is not a big fan of chain restaurants, but this was a totally new experience for us. Perhaps their wine list could be a bit bigger but otherwise highly recommended.

   We always enjoy our trip to Bill's in Brighton so was happy to see that our local one is even better! I've been managing in hospitality for many years and it's always nice to get a pretty flawless experience when I go out and enjoy myself with the family. Thanks for making our little lunch a special one! Washed down with a couple of beers and finished with a lovely coffee too, thanks ❤️

   It bought us a very amazing experience today, the food are tasty, the staff are so friendly and attentive. The ambience and design of the restaurant are nice as well. It’s our first time to be there but definitely will go back. Thanks to the team :)

    We frequent Bills a lot. In Lewes, Brighton, London and our home town branch in Exeter. Where we have had staff parties, special occasion parties and intimate dining nights. This last occasion was rather a disappointment. The steak I had was very poor quality and I left half of it as it was pretty inedible which I think would have been apparent before cooking. I mentioned this to the server, who didn’t seem that concerned. I think we should have had a rebate of 50% at least on my steak as I only managed to chew my way through 50% of it. My husbands steak, whilst OK was also nothing special. Exeter seems to have lowered its dining experience and we’ll be less inclined to frequent the Exeter branch.

    Great service, Haley was looking after us, she did a very good job. My BBQ burger was prefectly cooked and the coffee was just the right temperature. Coming back in the future 100%

    Even though Bill's is a chain the food is good and the service is good too. The staff are always helpful, friendly & accommodating. The only dislike is the service charge that is added to the bill, I prefer to ask for the service charge to be removed and give the server cash instead. Never had a bad meal and visited over 9 times.

    Food and ambiance are nice. I found the Spiced Crab Cakes with Chilli to be on the bland side, which surprised me. Otherwise an enjoyable meal. Don’t agree with the adding on of 12.5% service charge to the bill. It is optional so why add it on anyway ? Should be left entirely to the customer’s discretion.

    Staff were very friendly and efficient and the food was delicious. We had the dumplings and sticky duck to start - both were amazing and we both had the meatballs for main - which was delicious. Would definitely recommend.

    It was for my mum’s birthday and it was also my parents first time at Bill’s. We had the seasonal specials menu, which is brilliant value for money for three courses! We all started with the divine dumplings, mum and I had the crispy chicken and dad had the sea bass for our main courses - we cleared every last morsel! Finally we had the trio of ice-cream, chocolate tart and the crumble. We thoroughly enjoyed the food, the atmosphere was great, a real mix of age ranges and the waiting staff are fabulous! A great all-rounder and I highly recommend

    Party of 7, and we booked! Good idea to book! Another party behind us was turned away as they did not book. Welcome and acknowledgement of us all was positive and cheerful. Showed to a table and asked if acceptable, suited our needs entirely. Time given to peruse the menu and to order our food and drinks. Care over our individual needs, checking allergies/intolerances. We live in different parts of the South of England and attempting to take photos of us all. The manager offered to do this for us, joining in our chat and laughter. The restaurant was clean and the bathroom pristine. The waiting staff checked on us and came back to ensure we were all okay at about the right intervals, ensuring drinks were okay and we did not feel rushed. Overall a nice experience and somewhere I would return to again.

    We had a great dinner. My meatballs were excellent, and quite unusual. Drinks were reasonably priced and my companions food was really good too. It was noisy, but not so you couldn't hear. Will return.
