   I caught the train up from Melbourne especially to celebrate my birthday by having lunch at Billson’s and I had the best time! The arancini and the crème brûlée were delicious, and as always, the cocktails didn’t disappoint! I say it every time but Billson’s has the best and friendliest staff, thanks for looking after me so well yet again guys!

   Wow we had a wonderful time at Billson’s ! Jess was our waitress and Bugga me she was so lovely and helpful ! Food was a little too fancy for us plan Jane folk but experience was well worth the 4 odd out drive down for a girls weekend ! Lookout we will be back

    Drove 3 hours to visit billsons for the second time in 2 months and once again was not disappointed 😂 the staff are so lovely and friendly! The booking system is smooth and easy and the place is just overall great!!

    We visited while staying locally. Saturday we visited the tasting area and then went through to the whiskey and gin room for lunch. Wonderful service, delicious food, delightful cocktails. Absolutely loved it all! Then Sunday we went for the tour and more tastings. The tour was awesome! The tour guide (Rob) was a bundle of fun. We all had a great morning! Filled the back of the Ute with lots of goodies to take home. Thanks for a wonderful experience both days 👌🏽

    This was such an incredible experience! We did the historic tour with Terry G. She was awesome! So energetic and her knowledge was amazing. We did some tastings upstairs and then bought from the shop. Every worker there was bubbly and we were treated so well. We had lunch in the Beer Garden and felt really welcomed. Amazing service. Amazing place. Very highly recommended!

    Firstly, I would like to thank your staff member, "Jess", for her pleasant, caring and humourous service. We were 6 adults and 2 one year old grandchildren. Initially, her focus was on the children, full tummies, happy parents ... ;-) She then assisted the adults in a timely manner, always with a smile ... I have worked in a retail environment for 29 years and the service level received was actually faultless ... big thumbs up Jess!!! Yes, I did mention to you that you did a great job, but the BOSS also needs to know ... ;-) Will be back again next time the " chillblains" and grandkids visit town ... :-)

    Friendly staff, lovely venue, clean toilets. Didn’t like my large burger and fries served in a wire basket with no plate or cutlery. Too difficult to manage.

    Aside from the stunning facade of this gorgeous old brewery, the food and of course drinks are spectacular and well worth the trip. I have to say though, the absolute best thing about Billsons is their amazing staff who are always fun, happy and consistently great service staff. They clearly love their job! Highly recommended!

    Second time visiting and was looking forward to getting a grazing board, only to be told that they were unable to do them as they didn't have someone on staff on a Saturday that could put one together. A little disappointed as I was after something easy to eat while having a couple of cocktails. Cocktails were amazing, food was ok. Location needs some sound proofing on the under floor, all we could hear was the clacking of the peoples shoes above us.
