    Thought it was a gourmet burger place Burger was dry and over cooked took over 40 min to get after order. Service was some of the worst I've seen Had to wait for 10 min at the front counter to pay. Seem like a bunch of kids working there no management. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone..

    The restaurant was quiet, food was good, and service was great. We had a reservation, and when we got there, the table was set and waiting for us. I will definitely go back.

    Every time we come we have a great time! The staff are friendly and the food is always amazing. The strawberry and goat cheese salad is my go-to and is consistently tasty.

    Was surprised to realize that any of their burgers can be made with a tofu patty. Really makes it inclusive for non-meat eaters.

    My husband and I had chicken burgers and both were delicious. Great choices on the menu especially if you are vegetarian. The fries were crispy and hot. Highly recommend Bin 4.

    Food was ok but not great, we waited a long time and almost missed our movie after we had finished eating because no one was around to take payment. They looked short staffed, not the server's fault.

    Food and service all acceptable, just a bit souless and samey. Burger was good, fries poor, too many bits than true fries. The sauce had a skin on it, which happens if left out of the fridge for any time. Overall okay but not really good.

    The restaurant was dead. Yet our table was dirty with food all over the seats and under our table. We were in a bit of a hurry so we ordered as soon as we were seated as we knew what we wanted. We waited 50 minutes for 2 burgers. Meanwhile numerous skip the dishes boxes went out. It seems they are prioritizing food apps over in house customers. When we finally got our food, the burgers were decent but the fries were old and stale. We could tell they were cooked twice to just reheat them. The whole experience sucked. We had to eat so quickly to get out of there. 50 mins wait for 2 burgers is unacceptable.

    We have been before and our experience was not as expected. Burger came like warm as were the accompanying fries. We did not mention to our server at that time as we were in a hurry. We decided to give Bin 4 a second chance last evening and everything was a total turnaround from previous. We definitely will be back.

    Burgers were excellent and service was also very good. Odd that the French fries are very short, my parents found them difficult to eat being so small. Same small size on all 3 of our plates. Noisy as there were many tables with small children, but it was an early time, at 5 pm. The CHEFS BURGER “Will You Brie Mine” was INCREDIBLE!!

    I have had bin 4 twice, once dine in and once delivery. In my recent dine in experience the food was very good -delicious burgers, good choice for sides, and very tasty dessert. I find it a bit over priced for a burger but if you're ok with the price, the food is good. The drinks are VERY expensive. I won't make the mistake of ordering a cocktail there again. My delivery experience was terrible. The burgers and sides were soggy and cold. I have also talked to other people who have had bad take out experiences with bin 4.

    Server was amazing. Very attentive and funny. Food was delicious as always - had a minor issue and it was dealt with swiftly and professionally. Love this restaurant for girls nights, family nights or dates.

    I enjoy all the monthly specials. The manager and assistant managers seem to not be versed in online QR gift codes. Perhaps that’s something that needs to be updated for all servers as they simply let us go without paying as we had a $100. Code for an 89.00 meal which was fine by us but it took them 15 mins to try to ring in the code.
