To be quiet honest the food was not worth the money. There was no flavour and the seafood was bland and over cooked. We sent it back and they replaced it with dough balls w/sauce. They should have kept it!! I was very disappointed in the food especially after reading reviews. The only pleasant part of the visit was the server. We made the best consideration it was my friend's birthday.

Beer is always great, the food was good. However I've never seen Birroteca look this way, messy, recycling, garbage, messy counters and more. We have been here enough times to know this is way below the usual standard and for us it was a disappointing experience.

No issue with the bartender who was the only one manning the area as far as we could see. Service was good, slow because he was busy, but that's understandable. He was running the whole time we were there.

What didn't help was the table of what could have been staffers on their evening off decorating gingerbread houses and spreading their things way beyond their table and the tables beside them. I had to move coats and bags to take a seat at my table, two tables over from them. Also brining in food from outside??? Is that something that is now allowed?

So overall a good experience but as a non beer drinker it really wasn’t the right place for me. Food overall was good but if you’re looking for a wide menu of options and a foodie this is prob not the experience you’re looking for.

The food was extremely poor quality for Eatly. The gnocchi bolognese tasted old, and the pizza was so salty I couldn't eat more than one slice (and I love salty food). I definitely would not come back.

Cool spot, to be eating in a brewery.
My husband liked the beer.
We each ordered an appetizer and a main. My main arrived first. We thought it was a mistake. It was a pizza, it was good but very, very oily.
Next came the appetizers. Both were deep fried, one an arrancini and the other I don’t remember the name. Both tasted good, but were very salty with additional salt generously and needlessly poured on top.
The gnocchi came last. They were good, very rich and also very salty.
It would be a good place, but the food could be a lot better.

Ashley the server was so friendly and hospitable. She did of course assist and made the recommendations on the menu to us and the food was just fabulous. The ambiance very cosy and informal so you just fit right in. It’s the best place to go and just sit and hang out and be comfortable. Recommend highly

Hidden in the concourse level at Eataly, the ambiance is good but alot of foot traffic as customers going in and out of Eataly via the concourse entrance which added to the overall noise level. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our dinner experience there. The staff were all VERY friendly and attentive. The pizzas were made and delivered from Eataly restaurants kitchen upstairs, so it is of very good quality!

Because of the covid restrictions, I am hesitant to judge - but wanted to note a couple of things. First, I didn't know it but this space is downstairs and not in the main Eataly area - it is dark but I think that's fine for a 'birroteca' or pub. It is a small space. The staff were great. The food was very good. But it doesn't quite have the style or atmosphere of the rest of Eataly. We were seated up against a wall of refrigerators displaying beer for sale - no need for AC! I don't think I would reserve again - but I wouldn't hesitate to grab a beer after some shopping.
