Just off the Las Vegas Strip, step inside the intimate and seductive modern Italian steakhouse, Bistecca. Come and enjoy our all-new menu in a more intimate and seductive dining room. Serving weekend brunch accompanied by live music, you will not get an experience like this anywhere else off the strip in Las Vegas. The menu features a selection of signature Italian classics and pasta, seafood, and a variety of steaks from Meats by Linz, domestic Wagyu Tomahawks, Bone-In and Boneless Ribeyes, NY Strip, Filet Mignon, and a Wagyu Ribcap. Indulge in one of our scratch-made desserts and a bottle of wine from our ‘Wine Spectator’ award-winning wine list. We also have signature cocktails, mocktails, or a full bar for a custom beverage option. Gluten-free and Vegetarian options are available.

The dress code is resort casual, with no open-toe footwear, tank tops, or athletic jerseys, or swimwear. Outdoor patio seating is available, weather permitting. Always Free parking.

                Steak and Brussels sprouts were over cooked. They were out of broccolini. The mushroom soup was good and the mashed potatoes were good too.

                The wait was extremely long, despite having a reservation, we waited almost 2 hours to be served. The manager was extremely rude. The food was overcooked. I will never dine at this place again. I do not recommend.

                Bistecca is the best restaurant in LAS VEGAS!!! Incredible menu. Fantastic chef. Christian is a wonderful host and Kevin is the best server ever. You won’t be disappointed.

                The Caesars salad was great. The mushrooms were amazing. My steak fillet had gristle in the first bite and had to spit it out. The rest of the steak was cut into small pieces in order to get it down. My wife had the boneless ribeye that was the toughest one ever eaten. The blackberry old fashion drink was the best I have ever had. Better steaks could be bought at Walmart.

                This is a steak house that has Italian-sounding dishes. The best part of the meal was undoubtedly the tomahawk steak. It was superbly cooked and extremely flavorful. Like all Bistecca's steaks, it comes with three sauces, which all arrived skinned over. But the steak was so well-prepared that it needed no sauce. The cocktails and the mocktails we ordered were unbalanced. They were sweet enough for a children's birthday party, and we sent them both back. The som was extremely knowledgeable (as he should be) and guided us well. Great wine, and a vast cellar. The rest of the staff was struggling (reaching across guests at a table in the middle of the room, no clue who ordered what). Though I will say the table-side carving of the tomahawk was impeccable. The bread is great if you want the fine dining version of Olive Garden breadsticks, but again, it's a steakhouse, not an Italian restaurant. The accompanying bread-spread, like the drinks, would be great for a children's party (overly sweet and goopy).

                The service was less efficient than it has been in the past. The staff were friendly and good and their jobs, but overwhelmed. The restaurant seemed understaffed; I think there were only two waiters handling the entire restaurant.

                Awful. Simply put. The meat was way undercooked and the baked potato was cold. We should have sent it back but we were so hungry because we were anticipating a big meal. They knew it was bad and offered a free dessert which we declined. In looking at all the reviews the common theme on the low rated ones were undercooked and cold. Ours was undercooked and cold. I should have sent it back. It’s a risk and in our case it ended poorly. Dean Wormer to Flounder: A wagyu cut cold, filled with gristle is no way to through life son….
