Au niveau variété et originalité et goût, rien à dire au niveau alcool. Par contre, depuis le changement de chef, le menu a perdu de la valeur. Moins varié, perdu des classiques comme la pizza et le sandwich de porc effiloché, etc.

Overall we were pleased with our experience. We arrived on a Thursday evening for dinner. The place was already in full swing with a “5 a 7” vibe! It was somewhat loud but the server led us to the back where we were seated which was better. The food was very good (beet hummus, salmon tartare and the vege salad). The young waitress was pleasant and attentive. She swapped out the salad when we realized it was covered in Parmesan (which we both dislike) with no problem. I would definitely come again with friends for an energetic ambience and good food!

Bouffe et bières parfait!

La poutine aurait été meilleure plus chaude.
La bière IPA etait bonne.

I hate to write bad reviews but this place deserves it: everything was below average. Menu is uninteresting, the only piece standing out was grilled octopus but it was served drowned in oil and was too greasy to enjoy. Another piece - gravlax, the person got slightly poisoned (just a night in the bathroom, no biggie, right?). Part of menu was unavailable due to some break in the kitchen. Food was brought for 2 people at one time and 2 others - after a while. Those who waited ordered gravlax and poutine, what's so complicated to cause the wait??? Beer was a-ok, except smoked porter which was great... Waiters were friendly and attentive. And we had a great time- because of the company and despite all of the above. Honestly, this place deserves better and management should start with the menu... Sadly, I don't plan to return to see if my critique was taken constructively.

Très bien sauf pour l'emplacement. Comme nous étions assis près de la porte d'entrée et qu'il faisait très froid dehors, nous avions tous notre manteau sur le dos parce qu'il y avait des gens qui rentraient et sortaient sans cesse.

Bonne bière et ambiance agréable. Toutefois, l'endroit est assez bruyant. Nous étions assis devant la porte par grand froid, mais la porte était brisée et restait ouverte. Nous avons eu froid tout le temps présent

Malgré le fait d'avoir fait une réservation 1 semaine avant en ligne, ma table n'avait pas été gardée. C'était pour un évènement spécial pour mes employés qui adorent l'ambiance du bar et on s'est retrouvé à l'étage. On était déçu, dommage.

La nourriture était ordinaire au goût et présentée de manière peu appétissante (à part la salade de chou qui était excellente, je dois avouer). Le service était médiocre - le serveur a renversé du ketchup sur mon manteau et n'a pas pensé me le dire ou s'excuser. L'endroit ne semblait pas très propre non plus. Bref, plus jamais!!!

Menu bien différent que lors de l'évènement Montréal à table.

nous avons commandé une poutine et la sauce brune sur la poutine avait une croûte comme si elle nous attendait depuis le début de la soirée.

Suivi des côtes levées ( la grosse portion ) une moitié des côtes servie sur la deuxième moitié. Sauf qu'elles avaient été cuitent de la même façon. Résultat : la moitié inférieure n'était pas rôties. Manger des côtes levées non grillées équivaux à manger du porc bouilli. très peu appétissant. ne recommanderais pas votre resto à mes amis....Le service était excellent mais les cuisines définitivement à revoir.

Mais surtout pas le jeudi, on ne s'y entend même pas penser!!!

Very satisfying meal, the hamburgers were delicious, and so the beers! Very good service. The terrace was great. We had a very good lunch!

It was ok. The food was ok. I had the poutine and the pudding chômeur. The drink was served as I requested, which was the best part. Overall, i found it to be quite loud as the place started to fill up. All in all, it was just an ok experience.

Cool, chic atmosphere, great food, warm service. They also have an excellent separate space for private events. I definitely recommend this place.

Service was unfortunately very slow even though we purposely made reservations before the lunch time rush.

Used to be a wonderful place for a local like myself to grab a pint and some truly great food after work. The menu has recently been slashed and the kitchen looks like it's having serious problems: my burger couldn't have been made within the last 3 hours - it was cold and rubbery, the fries the same. I felt sick all evening afterward. Totally disappointing fall from grace for the Soeurs Grises. I won't be eating there again this summer.

Save yourself a stomach ache and restrict yourself to a pint on the terrasse - which are admittedly quite nice - until they fix their kitchen.

Je n'y étais pas allé depuis quelques mois et l'achalandage augmente de fois en fois. Ce n'est pas une mauvaise chose en soit, simplement un peu plus bruyant qu'auparavant. La nourriture est excellente et le choix de bières et toujours très intéressant!

Excellent before a show ; tapas plateau to share was perfect

Food was good. Pulled Pork was excellent. Service was friendly and prompt. Space was somewhat tight and acoustics made the environment rather noisy. Definitely a spot for a younger crowd, post work drinks. Excellent beer choices.

The ambiance and service was very good but I did not enjoy the food. My burger was dry and over cooked with a large bun - I thought there was supposed to be aged cheddar but I did not see or taste it. The fries were average. My husband had beef cheeks and said it tasted like they were cooked in the morning and left to cook all day. Sorry would not return. Maybe best as a drinking spot.

La nourriture est de bonne qualité, mais pas assez assaisonnée. Les portions sont trop petites pour la majorité des plats. Le service est extrêmement long, nous étions un groupe d’une dizaine de personne et c’etait Vraiment long juste pour avoir un verre même si ce n’etait pas très achalandé.
Quand même, on voit la qualité des produits utilisés, jy retournerai peut-être mais, en plus petit groupe.

Reserved regular seating, then was offered high seating with too small a surface for eating. After complaining we got a table. The continuous banquette wobbled, and the 250lb next table neighbor’s nervous leg motion and his jumping up every 5 minutes made for a bouncy evening - that is a first in my 75 years. The small menu was lunch fare with mostly sandwiches. Only three items looked like supper and the only one of those I wanted was sold out by 7:15. WAY too loud to talk. The crowd was basically frat house. They obviously know little about restaurants. Nothing like the quite good office Christmas party our firm recently had there with an interesting menu.
Staff was polite.
Overall annoying.
I’m done with this place.

Avec une réservation de 4 jours d’avance, moi et mon amie, nous avons mangé dans la partie arrière, au comptoir? J’ai trouvé très désagréable!

The service was very slow. This is aways a bummer, especially during a business lunch with 10 busy folks that need to go back to work.

I had an amazing lunch at Bistro Brasserie! My husband got the pulled pork sandwich with fries as his side, and I had the salad with butternut squash soup. Both were delicious and came with a yummy side of cole slaw. The prices were very reasonable for lunch, and we liked the $4 lunch beer prices!

La bière est très bonne
Pour ce qui est de la bouffe, ce n'est pas de la grande gastronomie, ma salade verte était défraîchie et elle aurait été mieux dans un bol que mise sur la planche, car elle tombait sur la table a chaque bouchée.
Côté ambiance, ce n'est pas vraiment un restaurant pour un tête à tête.
Nous y retournerons volontiers pour goûter aux autres bières de cette micro-brasserie

Mon week-end à Montréal a été embelli par mon passage au bistro les sœurs grises! On a tout aimé et on y retournera!
