Le Bistro Le Cerf-Volant est un « apportez votre vin » de Tétreaultville, situé dans l’espace rénové de l'ancienne Taverne Reeves. Mené par Matthieu Bonneau et Benjamin de Châteauneuf, ce bistro propose une cuisine bistronomique moderne, mettant en avant des produits frais et de saison, servis dans une ambiance conviviale et élégante. Le décor, signé par l’atelier Catherine Catherine, marie harmonieusement l’héritage du lieu avec une touche contemporaine. Le menu, conçu par Robert Lapaj, se distingue par sa créativité et ses associations de saveurs uniques. Les spécialités et coups de coeur des clients sont certainement les pierogies aux champignons ainsi que le fameux beignet au bacon et butterscotch.

2ieme fois au cerf volant en peu de temps. Toujours bien accueilli et les plats changent, ce qui est une bonne chose. On a trouvé la nourriture un peu trop salée et beaucoup d éléments dans le canard ce qui apportait un peu trop mélange de saveurs.

Excellent restaurant AVV sans prétention ! Belle ambiance où vous pouvez converser facilement. La nourriture était très bonne, savoureuse et chaude. Seul bémol : les desserts! Un tiramisu qui n'en était pas un et un crémeux au chocolat qui était loin d'être crémeux. Malgré ceci, nous les recommanderions à nos amis et nous y retournerons avec plaisir.
