Le Bistro Le Cerf-Volant est un « apportez votre vin » de Tétreaultville, situé dans l’espace rénové de l'ancienne Taverne Reeves. Mené par Matthieu Bonneau et Benjamin de Châteauneuf, ce bistro propose une cuisine bistronomique moderne, mettant en avant des produits frais et de saison, servis dans une ambiance conviviale et élégante. Le décor, signé par l’atelier Catherine Catherine, marie harmonieusement l’héritage du lieu avec une touche contemporaine. Le menu, conçu par Robert Lapaj, se distingue par sa créativité et ses associations de saveurs uniques. Les spécialités et coups de coeur des clients sont certainement les pierogies aux champignons ainsi que le fameux beignet au bacon et butterscotch.

    C'est ma 4e venue à votre restaurant. J'y ai amené avec moi différentes personnes à chaque fois et tous ont aimé. Pour ma part je suis une fan de votre resto bistro. Continuez votre bon travail.
