This restaurant claims that they don’t take reservations via OpenTable, despite being listed on OpenTable. We waited for 30 minutes since our reservation wasn’t really a reservation and it just put us on a wait list.

I had a great experience. Waitress was very friendly and helpful. My steak was delicious. Honestly can’t remember the last time I had a steak as good as the one served tonight. I highly recommend this restaurant.

It was fine. Not as good as they used to be. There’s no point making a reservation they treat it just like any other walk in. Told us it would be 20 minutes when we arrived. If you have to be somewhere don’t count on a reservation here.

We made reservations at BJ's through Open Table about a week in advance. When we arrived, I told the hostess we had 2 reservations through Open Table, and she basically told me they don't actually honor any reservations through the service!? Luckily, they weren't busy and were able to seat us immediately. Food was very mediocre. Calamari app was small and underwhelming for the price ($15). Beer was cold, plenty of TVs, otherwise good atmosphere. They should probably take their restaurant off Open Table if they're not honoring reservations...

My entree salad was way below expectation for the Southwest Salad. I can better a better southwest salad from Wendy’s or Chic Fil A… I asked for no red onions, I found them cut super small all mixed with salad. Any ingredients listed except for the chicken was either barely there or poor quality. The avocado egg roll was mediocre at best. We asked for another container of dipping sauce, and instead of giving us that, we were give two extra sauce containers. My friend’s fish and chip - had a tons of fries but only three small pieces of fish. Her extra coleslaw was also horrible. I am very disappointed and most likely won’t come back. Super overpriced for horrible foods and not great service.

I set a reservation on OpenTable and showed up at my reservation time slot to find out that the BJs restaurant does not have an active contact with OpenTable. So, my reservation was never placed at the restaurant. We were able to get seated quickly, so that wasn't a problem, but I don't think it's a good thing that you can make reservations that never will exist. The food was good, not great, but the service was fantastic. The Pazookies were the best part of the meal.

We brought a group of 8 for brunch to celebrate my son's 21st birthday. The service was rock solid. And, I definitely appreciated the hostess connecting tables to the group would sit together. However the food was not as good as we've had before at BJ's, specifically the burgers and the ahi tuna salad. I had the salad, and the tuna was not as fresh as it should have been to be served via a quick sear. Overall, it was a good solid experience, and we will be back. But, these are a couple things for the restaurant team to consider for training and/or improvement.

They don’t actually take reservations! When you show up, they will tell you that, and then you have to wait like everyone else. Not sure why OpenTable is allowing people to make reservations for a restaurant that doesn’t honor them?

Food was ok, but servers and hostesses were not interested in customers. We have eaten there before, but by far, the least enjoyable experience we’ve had. At least hire people that want to work and can at least smile. Won’t be back.

The food is mediocre at best. I typically do not eat at national chains, so I should have known better but I was dining with others. There is almost no chance that I would eat there again.

Very pleasant hostess with long beautiful braids who took our Open Table reservation. Our server was very attentive and super sweet. She was very knowledgeable and have great recommendations! However, our table was super sticky. We asked our server and she said it was cleaned and that it was just the cleaning solution they use. Outside was trashy, there was literally trash in the landscaping and the landscaping was overgrown and dead.

Had a reservation but still had a wait with empty tables everywhere. Waitress was awful and didn't seem to care whatsoever. Food was okay but pretty over priced.

Pretzel, avocado egg rolls and boneless wings were tasty. It was amazing how long it took for the food to come out and then how long it took to get a check. The restaurant was half filled. Good food. Service was rough.

Food was good but not exceptional. Server had no personality and our table was dirty and sticky when we sat down. We award also told this Opentable app does not translate to their system and we did not have a reservation so we had to wait like we just showed up without a reservation.

We made a reservation through Open Table. We were told on arrival that they no longer accept reservations through Open Table. Hostess at the Entrance was not particularly friendly. Seated after about 20 minutes. Our server was attentive and did a nice job. Our food was ok, but pricey. Cocktails and Beer were incredibly overpriced. Probably won’t come back again. It’s disappointing how much this place has degraded since COVID.

BJ’s does NOT accept OpenTable reservations so although I had an OpenTable confirmation, they do not take it in restaurant. DO NOT USE OPENTABLE for reservations here, strictly walk in only.

I made a reservation through the app for BJs Brewhouse for a birthday celebration. When we got there, we were told by the hostess that they do not accept reservations and that it would be 90 minutes before we could get a table. We went somewhere else. Generally, the food is fine. It is nothing incredible. The service is hit or miss. The floor by the bathroom is always greasy and slippery. This location is definitely not the best.

Watched a waiter almost fight a group of customers. Instead of the manager coming out to diffuse the situation they sat in the back until it was unrecoverable. I got to see all of the wait staff talking instead of working, the managers not managing and the hostesses complaining/standing around watching the wait staff struggle to bus and serve tables. I have been here many times and I will say I will not be back. They better fix this before it’s a total loss!

FYI- this location does not honor open table reservations. Fortunately they were able to get us a table and service was great, food was great too.

Our visit to BJs at Easton was very disappointing. It started ok as two gentlemen were clearing the ice and snow outside and assisted my 91 year old father so he would not slip. However the hostess was very disrespectful. She tried to seat my father in a booth which due to his mobility was obvious we needed a table. There were plenty of tables available and we had to force the request to get a table. When I told the hostess about our OpenTable reservation, she rudely said they don't take reservations. Our food and the service at the table also was lacking. My Dad's coffee came with the saucer full of spilled coffee and dried coffee stains all over the cup. The waitress did nothing about it and we had to ask for towels to clean it up. Our order of soup and salad was delivered to three of us but my brother's same order arrived 20 minutes later. The Waitress was also very unprofessional in appearance, wearing heavily stained clothing. Sorry to say we will not be going back to BJs as we will seek establishments that care about their customers.

Easton BJs would not accept Open Table reservation. They said they did things differently. I had the reservation form on my phone to show them. I still had to wait. Food was good. Server was fantastic but had too large an area to cover. Kitchen was slow. Online pay system is extremely slow. It is faster to pay the server

I went to have lunch with my aun, and the server took almost 10 mins to get to our table an ask us for drinks. I order an appetizer before ordering the main plate and she forgot about the appetizer and brought it with the food. The food was OK. The Ribye steak we ordered it medium well and we received it Super well done.

My wife had the Clam Chowder Soup and Tomato mozzarella Salad and I had the Chicken Parmesan with Mash potatoes and Broccoli. Both outstanding.

Prime rib special was as good as any prime rib I have eaten at the finest steak restaurants. Fries were crispy and tasty. But I would go to BJs if only for the Nutty Brewnette.
