    It was a bit slow getting two salads out but our waiter was very attentive and kept us appraised of what was happening in the kitchen

    We came in on a particularly busy night. I think the kitchen was backed up, but our server was very kind and made sure we were taken care of. We weren’t in a rush so it gave us more time to talk and catch up. Overall fair experience.

    This is typically one of our favorite places to go. Service was slow given the restaurant wasn’t busy. The entree I ordered was different than before and the portion was very small. Disappointed. We were on our way to a concert so didn’t have time to address it with the staff.

    The food was fine. After making a reservation and the restaurant having barely any diners, we had to wait to be seated. Not long, but there were three (3) people at the host stand and we waited! I know if is difficult to find servers, but we also had to remind ours to refill our beverages and bring condiments to the table. Tikmes are tough, but they need to do better.

    Very good waitperson, but the food came out very slowly. It was worth the wait. The pork chops were juicy and had an interesting sauce. The big salad with salmon was very very good. Every bite had a new ingredient: quinoa, cilantro, guacamole, lettuce, salmon, corn, black beans.

    We were a group of 6 that were seated in a timely manner, the waitress took our drink order right after we were seated and as soon as she returned with the drinks she got the food order. Food was delivered in less than 15 minutes and everything was correct and tasted great. The waitress checked back several times to make sure everything was good and if anything else was needed. I’m sure our small group will be back again soon.

    We had a great experience at BJ’s. Our waiter, Justin, was so kind and brought our two little kids some cut up fruit pretty much right away to keep them entertained while we looked at the menu, ordered and waited for the food. The food was great, service was great and there wasn’t much waiting which is great when you’ve got two kids ready for nap.

    We always love our food and the service at BJ’s. The restaurant had a dishwasher problem that left spots on the glasses this particular time, the only downside of this particular day.

    Place was cold inside! Almost put my coat back on. Ordered a basic burger, asked for Mayo, didn’t get it. 2 pickles no onion, wasn’t very warm, and no way near hot. Didn’t bother to eat it. No flavor, but I am used my own butchered beef. At least they took it off the bill. A McDonald’s quarter pounder would have been better.

    We don't eat out often anymore. Had a great experience at BJ's. Server was on it and very good, food was hot and tasty. Flavored ice tea was delicious. Looks like you expanded your menu from your prior COVID-based limitations, so it's good to see other items offered. A+

    This was our second visit in 3 moths. All three of us tried different dishes from last time. Once again we were blown away by the food. Between the great food and the super service, BJ's is quickly becoming our favorite place for special events. We will be back!

    2 of us ordered the Asian salad. No napa cabbage, no sesame seeds, no Chinese wontons, no red bell peppers, no cilantro, no green onions and no mandarin oranges were in the salad. Instead we got red onions, green pepper, purple cabbage, tortilla chips and lettuce mix. At least the dressing was correct. My backup is lentil soup which they no longer have.

    We had a reservation but they were unable to seat us for 15 minutes due to lack of servers. We were celebrating a birthday. Food was good but was very disappointed that the no longer were serving their tomato Tuscan soup. The server was attentive and made us feel welcome.

    The salads were nothing special, sort of like a salad you’d get at a fast food restaurant. I think it’s probably best to stick with the bar food and appetizers.

    Our carry out experiences were batting .500, so we didn't know what to expect. We are so glad that we went. Our expectations were exceeded. The food was absolutely fantastic. The food became a major part of our conversation. We immediately made plans to return next month.

    Great menu for a chain. The pizzas are still my favorite item, but I had the Jalepeno Burger (med) and it was juicy, but order an extra cup of the spicy ranch/mayo... it was outstanding on the fries!

    Where we sat was near the front door and it was COLD. We ask to be moved away from the door and ended up three tables from it. We were very thankful to leave and warm up. The food was good, but it cooled off quickly due to the brisk breeze. Our server did a good job, too. Some items we ordered were very expensive.

    Dining room was FREEZING. The table was freezing to the touch. The food tasted frozen, and was barely warm. Had to ask my service multiple times for the same things because we were overlooked. Cheese curds were burnt and oily on the outside, not gooey or cheesy on the inside because the oil is too hot. And since when do restaurants charge for kids drink when you order a kids menu item??? Will not return, ever.

    The place is very nice looking and clean. Great atmosphere. This is my first time eating here, and the staff was very nice and the food was great.

    Our server Torah was amazing!! The food was perfect!! Root beer glaze wings were 10/10 and my boyfriend loved his guacamole burger!!
