    Booked our reservation for 5:30. We arrived at 5:25 and checked in and were told it would be 20-25 minutes. It was more like 30-35 minutes. Not real sure why we made a reservation as people walking in were being told it was around a 30 minute wait.

    Service was extremely slow, when our appetizer eventually arrived we still didn't have utensils on the table and it took 5 minutes to find our server to ask for them. The food was not hot when served. Fries were luke warm as was my cheeseburger whose cheese was congealed. My wife's vegetables were cold and her mid rare filet was more rare. Not the type of meals you expect at 4:00 PM on a Sunday afternoon before the rush begins. Extremely disappointed.

    We had reservations at 6:30pm for 4. We arrived on time. Was told wait would be 15 to 20 minutes. When it hit 30 minutes later and we went up to check, they asked if we checked in. I said yes, and then when she looked up at me and saw that she had indeed checked me in, we were seated ASAP. The food was good, but the service was slow. We were there for 2 hrs. From check-in to paying our check. We'll still go back again.

    Menus had food stuck inside of them. Looked like potato salad. 3 sets of our silverware were filthy. I ordered a chicken pasta and there were maybe 6 pieces of chicken in it. $60 dollars for 2 entrees and a kids meal- totally not worth it.

    As always the food and service was amazing!! The Avocado Egg Roll appetizer is always hit with the family. I ordered one of my favorite salads - the Tri Tip Wedge and it was fabulous as well. We finished with a pizookie -of course!! Our server was very good also. Thx BJs for another great dining experience!

    I ask what the soups were? Not on the menu. Our server didn’t know what kind of clam chowder they had. I asked New England or Manhattan her answer “not a clue”! So I asked if it was red or white! REALLY!!! She also had no personality for a server. We had prime rib it came out raw when we ordered medium rare. Mine was ice cold also. It went back to be cooked more and came out medium well done. Food was absolutely terrible! Vegetables were cold and barely cooked. So it’s one and done for BJ’s Brew House! Sure not worth the price!!!

    Service was slow, and our server was not very attentive. We had to ask for drink refills multiple times, and had to look for our server when we needed something. We had a reservation through Open Table, but 2 days later I was reported as a “no show” even though I checked in early and kept my reservation. Overall a disappointing experience.

    The place was nice. However there was a long piece of hair on my son's pizza. The server did take it back and apologized for it. Even though it wasn't her fault.

    We went to BJ’s to celebrate a family birthday dinner. The food was good with the exception of the roasted veggies that ended up being raw. A good experience overall.

    Filet and chicken were tough. Asked sever who brought food for condiments and she never returned. Wife had to get them from the bar area.

    I had a reservation for 2 people at 7 pm and they still told me I had a 20 minute wait. What’s the purpose of a reservation? We saw a lot of open 2 person booths empty. Didn’t make sense. Besides this issue, everything was very good!

    Seated quickly , they cancelled my reservation but was able to correct quickly Salads great and had no trouble with our special requests Service great Booth was a little tight for our group so if you need more room request a table

    Avocado eggrolls are AMAZING! The rest of the food was good as well. Service a little slow, but the place was packed, so thats to be expected. Server was friendly and accommodating.

    We were sat ten minutes early and then forgotten about. A server showed up, took a drink order and never returned to the table. About fifteen minutes later another server showed up took our orders, the entrees came out before the appetizers, and we never received refills on iced tea. It seems as though the entire restaurant industry is still having issues with their staffing.

    The main issue we had was our reservation time. I scheduled 2 1/2 hrs ahead for a 2:00 time. We got there 10 min early n checked in . We were told it would be 45 min longer than the 2:00 set time. They sat a party of 20 n we were going to have to wait. I don’t mind waiting 5 to 10 min but not 45min. Why make a reservation.

    We've eaten here before in the experience and food have always been great. The last time though the service was not as great. We had a reservation for two at 1:30 and showed up at 10 after 1:00 and they seeded for other walking groups before I decided to get up and say something to them about us already having our reservation, then they said they had a table available. There wasn't even an apology for passing us over. Also during our meal we ordered drinks and 2 starters along with a pizza for the main course. The pizza was sent out first then the drinks and starters came after???

    Our visit was on Saturday, January 14, 2023 for lunch @ 11:30. Restaurant was pretty quiet. Our server was training a new associate. He did not get the drink order right. The food order was accurate and very good. The only real downfall to our visit was how cold it was in the restaurant the entire time we were there. In fact we hurried out because it was so cold and we were not by the front door. When we arrived the restaurant was chilly but not too surprising when there were not very many people there. The place was almost fully occupied when we left and it seemed colder than when we arrived.

    I have ate here 3 times before and oved it. I decided to have my family come for a gift exchange. Our waiter was horrible. We never saw him, he messed up 2 of my family members meals, never refilled the empty glasses and finally came back when the check was due. He ended up removing the 2 meals but I was embarrassed since it was my pick.

    I’m furious. I get to the restaurant with my team. It’s packed. I go to the hostess and she informs me I don’t have a reservation as they don’t take reservations. I showed her the confirmation email and she did not care. We were put on the waitlist. It was awful!! I’ll never be back

    Great food and value. Taking reservations now to try and help with labor issues, so that was good. Server was very busy but the restaurant was half empty. Sign of the times I guess.
