   Very nice atmosphere and wait staff. A little disappointed in the quality of food…my wife and I ordered the Prime Rib…it could have been better. A little under cooked and contained a lot of fat.

   The food was very good. I ordered their special Pumkin beer, which was supposed to have the flavor and spices of pumpkin. It did not. When quizzed, the server checked with the bar and brought me a sample of the Pumkin to compare. It tasted exactly the same. When I asked if others had expressed similar concerns, he said that he was not receiving orders for it. I suggested that he make sure management knows that the wrong keg may be on tap.

   Our server, Luca, was hilarious! This was a special occasion for my friends and I as we were all getting ready to leave for college, and the service at BJ’s certainly made it memorable. Also, the manager came over to our table and struck up a conversation with us, and she was just awesome. The restaurant truly values the customer experience, and the food was so delicious. Incredible experience overall!

    Was very disappointed that the menu did not have cost for the various alcoholic beverages that were available. He had to ask the waiter who went to the bartender to get a cost - unacceptable

    I have dined regularly at the Willowbrook restaurant and have never been disappointed. Waitress took our order then disappeared. Food was not good. Fish and chips were burnt. Oil was burnt or needed changing. My Wife’s steak sandwich was no better. Had to wait 10-15 minutes for another drink and some condiments. Guess I will stick with the Willowbrook site.

    Nice restaurant with wide variety on the menu. Waitress was attentive and polite exceeded expectations for service. Noise level a little high for not being crowded. Would recommend to friends.

    A little upset that we were able to make reservations and the find out the restaurant is closed when we get there. I understand being closed but I should not have been able to make reservations. Work 7 days a week and first day off in months and just wanted to enjoy a meal.

    Rude service when I called. Said it was too busy and we probably wouldn’t get a table at 5:30 PM. Booked a reservation for 6 at 5 PM, no problem. Showed up and they were out of lots of classics. The food we ordered was absolute trash. Potato skins that basically looked ripped over. Some with no toppings at all. The pasta was over cooked. The fish and chips were gnarly greasy. Just trash dinner all across the board. Sad and unremarkable food and service. Never again.

    My husband’s portion was way smaller than normal. It took forever for the waiter to get our drinks. It took a while to get our food and even longer to get our dessert and check. The waiter didn’t ask if we wanted our waters refilled. I had to give my husband my water. I asked for ice cream on the side of our pizookie. It was given to us in a bowl, but you could see where they just took the ice cream off of the pizookie. There was melted ice cream on it. I would’ve sent it back but again it took forever for us to get it. Also it was cold.

    Sadly, they had no Scotch other than 2 single malt and tried to blame it on the supplier. Same supplier has no problem with other area restaurants. The restaurant has been Covid remodeled with plexiglass between booths which is nice and the overall appearance is clean. The menu is printed so small and covered in plastic. There is very little light available and that reflects off the menu so it is more difficult to read. Even with glasses, that I do not normally wear. Not going to rush back any time soon.

    The service was a joke but the food was alright. Nothing to write home about. We could never find our waitress and honestly the real issue is that it took almost 2 hours for dinner. It took forever to get the food but I think the issue was we waited forever to place any orders because we never saw our waitress.

    The menu selection is good so everyone can find something they like. We had a couple of guests that have a limited food selection. The service was excellent, everyone enjoyed their food, and prices were reasonable for what we had.

    We didn’t have to wait to get a table which was nice. The only problem was that it took forever to get our food. My husband received his meal first & then about 10-15 minutes later I received mine. He had the chicken barbacoa & I had the kid’s meal broiled shrimp & broccoli. He was almost finished with his meal before I received mine.

    The restaurant was very clean, front staff were very friendly. Our waiter was very personable and made our experience fun. The root beer was excellent. We did not get past the appetizers, as the power in the entire area went out. This was due to a transformer being knocked out, and not the fault of BJ’s. We had to leave to go to a restaurant that had power. We do plan another visit and hope the power stays on.

    Nachos were not good at all. The lack thereof Chicken and the cheese they use is horrible. This is my third time visiting and trying different entrées and they still are providing mediocrity.
