Unfortunately even though were on time and had a reservation, we had to wait almost 45 minutes to be seated. Waited outside and it was cold. Not fun. The servers were overwhelmed but ours was very attentive and efficient. Food was good. Dessert was very yummy.

Reservation using open table they were ready for us at our requested time. Our server is a gem greeted us warmly and made sure we had what was requested. Food was okay pizza which usually is really good lacked sauce.

Welcome with warm smiles. Had a reservation and was seated less than 5 minutes of arriving. The waiter was nice and friendly . The food was good .

We had a waitress Adrianna who was wonderful. She had a 17 person table next to us and several more tables and still managed to give us and everyone i noticed excellent service. I loved being able to us open table, because the place was booming and we got seated within just a few moments and waited on in excellent time. Food was awesome as well.

Pretty good food. Used the reservation app so were seated pretty quickly. Otherwise would’ve been a wait. Food was very good. Service started great but kind of fell short midway to the end. Didn’t see the server very much and he screwed up dessert a bit. But he was super nice and fixed that - just took so long! (And it wasn’t very busy) Overall it was lovely. Would go back and definitely would use the open table app again!

It was a good and chill environment. A waitress named Christina was kind and patient with us with our orders. The food was good and it was a relaxing environment for a Friday.

The entire BJ’S experience was fabulous! We made reservations in advanced. We arrived at the restaurant about 30 minutes early and we were immediately seated. I highly recommend BJ’s and making reservations.

My BBQ chicken pizza was not cooked. Hardly any sauce. Actually it was not a BBQ chicken pizza at all. The fish sticks were extremely greasy and the jambalaya had not flavor. Felt bad for my family since it was their first going there and I recommended it to them

This was prime rib night for this restaurant and we were told they "out of prime rib". It went down hill from there. The soup was cold. They ended up "finding" some prime rib. The soup came back lukewarm the second time. This was an "off night" and the bill was nearly $70! We did not have cocktails, only soft drinks and iced tea. Disappointing.

Seating was awful. Our table was in the middle of the walkway, people were walking back and forth on all sides of us. It was cold and drafty. Food took forever to get to us and the quality for the price was terrible.

We had to wait a while to be seated because the phone was ringing non-stop and the hostess was prioritizing phone calls over people with appointments. Once seated it took a long time to get our first beer but things went well after that.

As not many tables were open due to Covid restrictions, I was seated in the center aisle with occupied tables on both sides of my table. Odd, but I was.okay going out with my partner not keen on the idea of people seated so close to us with more than half the restaurant open.

The food was great. We went on a Saturday night and ordered the prime rib special. The service was just okay. The waiter messed up on our sides and forgot to place our takeout order. He seems very busy and didn’t check on us. The food took a little longer than usual to come out.

Service great! Out of crackers for chilli. Fries soggy, and COLD spagh. Had sat under heat lamp way to long, they were on the crispy side, 1st time there also.

Had prime rib. It was just okay. They don't enforce kids running around the restaurant while the parents sit there letting it happen. Don't like the COVID carriers running around to everyone's tables unsupervised.

My wife found a hair on her entre but the management was quick to apologize and make everything right. The wait staff was excellent. The food was good but the Tri-Tip steak was 'chewy' and could have been a better selection.
