Had a reservation, requested bar seating: was sat immediately upon arrival in the bar with our favorite server, Teresa. Drinks were cold and alcohol-filled (just the way we ordered them!) and the food was delicious. Service was friendly, prompt and efficient.

It was fantastic because Kylie our server was efficient, friendly, pleasant and extremely prompt in refilling the drinks I only wish you served Coke products but you can’t have everything 🔥 the hostess was friendly and professional. The food was absolutely hot, delicious and fresh. A wonderful lunch with friends

I love this restaurant as the food is always good and all the staff are great! We also love their rewards program! My only complaints would be that it was a tad awkward our waitress had to tell us to put our masks back on until we received our drinks. Had we known that was one of their COVID policies in advance by OpenTable or the hostess before she sat us, we would have never taken our masks off until it was time. We felt shamed for removing them early which we did safely and only to relax and breathe. It's already nerve wrecking dining out when the pandemic isn't over but no one informed us of any protocols until it was too late. Last my salad was customized and it was a great salad but the protein I paid extra for was overcooked and just disappointing. But we will always be back to BJ's because it's one of our favorites!

We were greeted and seated right away. The host led us to our table through the tables that were all full (rather than via the empty dining room) Not much effort for social distancing. The server was a slow getting to us, frustrating as you aren't allowed to remove mask until you have a drink. He was actually slow to respond to us for entire visit. All 3 of us LOVED our food! Fish and Chips- light, airy breading, flavorful fish; Atlantic Salmon entree - salmon, rice and brocolli cooked perfectly; Tri Tip Sliders - tender, bun to meat ratio just right. The 3 entrees (water to drink) came in at about $57.

Food and service were excellent. But on the dark side a little more light would have been great and we went for lunch. There was 3 of us so we each got a shareable appetizer and believe me it was enough. Will definitely be back.

We went on a Thursday night for dinner. They had a brisket special for 14.00. It was delicious. It came with 2 sides and a pizooki. Great deal and excellent food!

We went to dinner for my husband's birthday. I made a note to add to the reservation that we were there to celebrate his birthday. They made no mention of his birthday while seating us, or during dinner. Our waiter took a while to get to us for our drink order. We made sure to quickly order dinner as we did not know how much longer it would take to get back to us if we did not order when we had him at the table. We ordered a salad, and soup that we wanted to arrive before the actual meal. We were quite upset that the salad and soup arrived well after dinner arrived. Once the salad and soup arrived the waiter then decides to come back to the table to check on us. We were not happy at that point. I had to box up my salad since it was too much food t eat at once for me. The restaurant was not busy so there was no point that he could not check the tables more often. Other tables were also not being properly covered because the waiter was busy folding napkins behind us. These things were not needed. While we love BJs Restaurant we will not be going back to this location. I wish I could say this was not the norm for this location, but this was our third visit there and it's the norm for them. We will instead go to the Centennial location for our next visit.
