Booked reservations online, send confirmation email then called me to cancel reservation because of St.Patricks Day. Why allow booking then? Terrible customer service. Staff member advised that manager would call me but no call recieved.

Service was good but food was not worth what they charged. Pizza was under cooked and Seafood tower was just sad. The smallest mussels and oysters you could imagine. Nice place just don’t go if you are going to eat.

Went there on a Thursday afternoon. The service was incredibly slow. The place was clearly not adequately staffed. We had to wait 30 minutes for an order of drinks. Other servers came by our table a few times with stuff we didn’t order. Not sure if this is how they usually operate, but definitely wasn’t a good experience for us.

We arrived and were greeted by someone after a few minutes, despite there only being a handful of patrons. The employee informed us that our table on the patio was not yet ready and invited us to sit in a booth while we wait. We waited for 10 minutes before watching our table be given to 2 other people who had just walked in. The employee then waved us over to another table and invited us to sit. That’s when we noticed the table was still covered in sauce, crumbs, napkins - evidently not cleaned. The lack of service was enough for us to not come back again.

Booked a reservation for black sheep before a concert. My friends and I thought it looked like a cute place to go. After being seated we ordered drinks and some apps. The apps came out 30 minutes later before we had even gotten our drink. It was not busy, if it was busy I would be understanding but it really wasn’t. We finally got our drinks after an hour of being there after scarfing down dry 15$ fries that didn’t even come with a dip. And no waitress came by even though we signalled them. Very very poor service would not recommend.

Had a lovely time here, the ambiance was dark and moody. Perfect for a date night. The music wasn’t loud so you could actually hear each other talking. We really enjoyed the pizza and the wine selection was great. We had really great servers, they were attentive and kind. Will be coming back

Last night was our first ever visit to Black Sheep Irish Cocktail Bar with some long time friends of ours whom we hadn't seen in a very long time. We were all very impressed with all the elements of our dinning experience and can't wait to go back. A special thanks goes to Nick and this colleagues for the exceptional service. We are looking forward to visiting Black Sheep again soon and would highly recommend.

Great spot for a first date. The music was at the perfect volume so that wet could take and get to know each other. The food and drink menu were limited due to having just reopened after lockdown, but that’s understandable. Our server, Peter, was so great!

Place was dead but that doesn’t surprise me. Service wasn’t great. Nice but clearly unconfident and inexperienced. One server for the whole place and he had no idea what items were available or not. 2 drinks we ordered were not available but were on the menu and the drinks themselves took 20 minutes despite a next to empty bar. Music was loud and boomy despite a 6pm dinner/drinks with almost no one else in the whole bar. The ambiance could be good if the music was more appropriate to the atmosphere, but for a place that’s pretending to be upscale and trendy it falls short of both. Recommend downsizing the menu (so you can have what you say you have) and upping the training quality (so my server doesn’t seem like they might pass out from nerves). Won’t be back
