Waiter (Chris) was very attentive, respectful, and funny. Food quality was amazing. Great ambience. My family and I were there for our anniversary and everyone loved the food and the service. We will most definitely return.

The whole experience was wonderful. The food was absolutely delicious. The lobster bisque delicious and my husband ordered filet mignon . He said it was amazing . Great service and you will not be disappointed with the food . We celebrated my Birthday. It was great choice and we will definitely be back again .

Enjoyed our visit to Blackstones. Surprised that it was not very busy on a Thursday night however. The food was very good. Steak was cooked perfectly. I was disappointed there were few options if you did not want to get a huge chunk of meat. Settled on one of the only options, the small filet. Sides were good as well. Service was very good but overall the experience was not up to what I normally see in high end steakhouses.

Great food, service and ambience. The reason for the 4 stars overall and not 5 stars is because we had a $100 gift card to use but they couldn’t/wouldn’t take it. Apparently purchasing a gift card from a different location doesn’t allow you to use it at any of the Blackstones, even though the back of the gift card has 4 locations listed on it with one of them being the Southport location we had dinner at. That process needs to be fixed because as it stands, I can only use the gift card at the Stamford location where it was purchased. Makes no sense.

I recently had lunch at Blackstone's. It was an excellent experience. Very good food and service, I had the beet salad with grilled salmon. Everything was fresh and well-prepared. Would recommend it!

Food and service were fine. Paid with credit, left tip (20%+) in cash and wrote same on signed slip. “Pending” charge on credit was 20% more than the bill. Called to inquire. The manager I spoke with consistently interrupted me and blamed the credit card company for the overage. I know this not to be true as I’ve had the same experience with gasoline stations. The manager!s rudeness in adjudicating this assured that I will not return.

We went on a quiet Saturday. Our server was very prompt and friendly. We ordered the swordfish and the chicken parmesan. I realize this is a steakhouse so we may not be playing to the kitchen's strengths, but these entrees were just ok. It was a thin slice of fish and seemed somewhat overcooked, with too much garlic in the accompanying spinach. The chicken came with no sides at all and was just adequate. I would go somewhere else next time.

This was my second and last time dining here. I've yet to eat a steak here because they can't cook meat appropriately. And don't order anything with Bernaise sauce, because they'll serve you a broken sauce with clumps in oil. Zero stars should be an option, because this place deserves it. Not sure how they've stayed in business this long.

We were lucky to have a 5:00 reservation and were able to dine with no one else in the dining room, so it was a very peaceful dinner! It seems that everyone is cutting back - Blackstone's Grill always served a dish of olives and marinated vegetables with their bread basket...this time it wasn't offered. The caesar salad was just all right, but the 10 oz. filet mignon was very good. My husband's veal chop was also very good. The restaurant could use some refreshing - it's starting to get a little shabby

Expensive restauarant where the hostess wears blue jeans and patrons wear baseball hats at the table in the dining room. Cherry martini/cosmo had a little cherry juice on the bottom and straight vodka on top. Expected it to be mixed. Clams Casino were bland and the bacon was soggy and undercooked. Lobster Ravioli was just bad, like out of a frozen bag from Stop and Shop. Veal Chop was ok. Would expect more at this price point. Service was ok but slow to clear dishes. Waiter acted like he was doing us a favor. We have been here many times over several years and can defintely say its quality has slowly and steadily decreased. But this is the last. Wont be going again. The servers have always been rude poorly trained but that was expected. Its just not worth it.

Unfortunately, this wasn’t the experience we expected while dining out for a special celebration. Service was awful. Waited 20-25 minutes for drink order. Food took over 2 hours! Problem with drink order, problem with apps, problem with entree. One entree was missing- (clearly whole order was forgotten) and when pork entree not served, waitress said it was so thick it would take just another minute or two- @15 minutes later, pork served sliced up, no glaze and cooked unevenly (not ever served like this). Charged for bernaise sauces that were returned because they had separated, charged for drink that was returned because not what was ordered. Appreciated manager trying to be responsive but overall experience was just awful.

Disappointed in the quality of the NY strip. Was difficult to cut and chew. Medium rare so should have melted in my mouth. I’ve had better steak for less money. While they did take the cost off the bill the experience was not worth the price. Won’t be going back.
