   This place doesn’t have reservations it’s self seating only but some how your allowed to book reservations total scam when I showed up with my party and had to go somewhere else since there where no seats as advertised and no host

   Well this was total bust. Meeting my nephew for Sunday brunch. Had 12:30 reservation only to show up and discover the restaurant is closed. The front desk guy was great: apologetic and helpful but very disappointed

   We made reservations for brunch for 10:45am only to arrive and be told that they don’t open until 4:30pm. We had to find another place to eat.

   It was dead when we arrived and took almost 10 minutes for the bartender to approach us with menus. The menu is tiny but we knew we just wanted simple burgers and drinks before the Bruins game. This burger was so delicious- cooked perfectly, great toppings, and perfect size. The fries were equally delicious. The super spicy pickle was a great touch too. It was nice to eat in a quiet chill atmosphere before being surrounded by the madness of Boston hockey fans. I wish the service was just a little better.

   We had 4:30 reservations and they didn’t open until almost 5:00 and they never even contacted us to left us know they were going to open late. We decided to go elsewhere to eat.

   We chose Blake’s because it was near TD Garden and took reservations. It was overall a poor experience. The wait staff didn’t know what they were doing and food from a very limited menu was poor and cold. We won’t go back. We certainly didn’t need a reservation there !

   Came in for a quick bite before the Celts. I know some people don’t like restaurants in hotel lobbies, but I wanted to give it a try. If anyone wants to come here for drinks, I recommend you stick to bottled beer or wine, as the mixed drinks were not great. Our server was super nice, and offered to remake, but they just weren’t great margaritas and mojitos. We switched to wine. We had their hamburger and chicken sandwich and both were good (in fact, the hamburger had a slight In-n-Out taste, so I liked it quite a lot!), and they had an option of fried cauliflower instead of fries and that was delicious. But overall, it won’t be my first choice to hit again.

    Made a reservation, attending a concert close by at TD Garden in Boston, walked in to a busy restaurant, was asked to seat ourselves, which we did, there was only one waitress on, one bartender, tables around us still waiting to order their food, the waitress seemed completely overwhelmed with the situation, which frankly I do not understand, very bad planning on the Hotel's part, if you know that there is a concert nearby across there street, put more staff on to cope with the crowds, we sat for about 5 minutes, debated what to do as we were in sort of hurry to get to the concert, we arrived at around 6.15, after 5 minutes we decided and after looking around at how busy it was and we worried look on other customers faces, we left and didn't chance it. My advice to the restaurant and Hotel is to plan for such events, as you will lose customers very quickly, this may have been a one of, if that is the case I hope so, if not then better management of resources is needed. I we cannot comment on the food as we didn't stay, hence a 1 star rating.

    Absolutely terrible waiter & overall service. Drinks were horrid. I was told it was because they were a new restaurant...not an excuse. It took over 30 minutes to get our drinks & there was hardly anyone there. Would not recommend.

    We had a res before a show at the Garden. We were seated right away. Host and servers were great. We all had the burger and fries which were very good and cooked perfectly. Cocktails were also good but pricey. Service is a bit slow. We would go back.

    The place was fairly empty and the service was fair at best....they were good about changing a drink that we didn't like for something else, but other than that not very attentive. The menu is small and pricey.

    I came here with five friends before a show; it was cozy and quiet, despite being around the corner from North Station and the Garden. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive to our needs. I ordered the rosemary steak tips with bearnaise sauce. It is the BEST bearnaise sauce I've had to date. Fluffy, flavorful, not too heavy, it complemented the steak tips (and the fries) really well. Also, the bartenders were super flexible and willing to make drinks off menu!
