    Music was a little loud so it was difficult to hear our host’s description of drinks and foods. Would have been nice to have been offered patio seating with better lighting, but everything else was excellent. Enjoyable experience.

    they have way more options than the melting pot. It is a little bit more expensive. It is very quiet there. The menu can be confusing at first, but you can always ask your server for better clarifications we go with the ultimate a. choice. we have the same waiter every time and he’s very friendly. We like to try to go every month and will continue to go!!

    Definitely had an expectation of fine dining and the fine dining price point. However, the price on the menu doesn’t tell you what you will pay. The per couple price was 135 or 145 depending on choice. What’s not really explained or easily understood is that the options for each course are very limited and most of the menu is “upgrades”. A 4$ upgrade for this item and 6$ upgrade for that course adds up very quickly. A coffee is 7 dollars and a Diet Coke is 5 dollars without free refills. So all of a sudden without alcohol you bill is 200 dollars with tip. On top of this the seating was cramped for anyone not wearing a size 2. The table space is tight with 4 adults leaving you adjusting drinks and menus and cutlery to accommodate. Portions were small. 4-5 small pieces of steak, chicken, pork, shrimp each. So each adult gets 10 bites of the main. Same for desert and appetizer course. The atmosphere was dark but nice. The staff were very friendly.

    Coffee cost $21 for one drinker -- no warning that coffee was $7 per cup when most(all) have unlimited refills. I found the Bleu did have good servers - friendly and responsive. Nice look to the place. High-end menu with prices to match -- not for an ordinary meal out. I had The Wild Mushroom soup, felt it could have benefited from a pinch (or more) of salt.

    The food was good but the service was terrible. Took 30 minutes to even get a drink order. There was a large party the same time we were there and they took priority, which is upsetting because staff would walk right by our table multiple times . Booked at 4:15 didn't have drinks until about 5pm and so on throughout the entire meal it took an unacceptable amount of time for us to be tended to . Unfortunate as it was supposed to be a nice experience for my best friends birthday . Likely won't be returning.

    Horrible and I would just go to melting pot. Entree was cheap quality cut meat, the sauces you could tell had been on a plate for hours prior due to a film that formed on the top. The rice crispy brought with desert was stale and had no crunch to it, showing it was old. Although the lighting was great in most of the space, the seat by the door had bright light shining through with no way to prevent our early lunch to be spent squinting. We were told we had a max table time of two hours but due to waiting 30 minutes between courses this was not possible and couldn’t finish the desert. When we told the manager about our issues he said he was so sorry, and walked away disregarding and not addressing any of the issues. 0/10 and would recommend going to melting pot on the south side as Bleu flame is nothing more then someone going to melting pot, and saying they could do it better, then failing to do so.

    Made my reservation for the Sunday as they stated they were closed the Monday and Tuesday. They made it a set menu. Pre warned your customers that it is just a preset menu and nothing else. I booked this a month in advance. But to have spent over 200 dollars not worth the amount of food you should get. Sorry 10 dollars for 6 shrimp that is 71/90 per pound. We will not be returning due to poor service and amount of food. When we first arrived we were asked to wait a minute for them to make sure our table was ready. A woman came to the front and said have a seat until we call you. The waiter came back within 15 seconds of her saying that. Sorry rudeness does not make customers return.

    Overall a nice time, and even though the food was good, it’s very expensive for what you get. And unfortunately, the cocktails (at least the ones we tried) were very disappointing.

    This was our first time here and we were blown away. The service was amazing. Even had a flaming/ smoking cocktail. We were there new years eve and the food was fantastic. Out waiter was so awesome too and made it special. Everything is made fresh daily and the flavors were to die fir. Lots of food with the 4 course meal we had. Highly recommended. Only thing didn't like was music very loud so hard to hear waiter. Overall amazing!! Thumbs up.

    Great food but over priced, service was okay but we've had better elsewhere. Biggest problem was we went for a romantic dinner and the first thing the restaurant wants you to do is scan a QR code to see their menu. A romantic dinner does not involve phones. Then we had to wait until they printed off menus that had the smallest print ever. This was our second time eating here but the first time in about 3 years and it will probably be at least that amount of time before we go back.

    The menu is difficult to navigate. I was under the impression you could fondue your starter cheese and dessert but there was an option to have a cooked entrée. I was wrong, I've never boiled meat before. Terrible. I booked the romantic experience. A dozen roses and candles. It was our anniversary. Upon arriving the server went to take our drink order I went to order a glass of wine, my husband a vodka but he adamantly insisted we had a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine. My husband doesn't drink wine and I'm not a fan of super cheap prosecco but it was complimentary so, so be it. It got popped and we both drank it. Needless to say when our bill came there was an additional $59 charge for the crappy bottle. Upon disputing the charge the servers' response was well you drank it. We only drank it because it was complimentary. He went to speak to management but no manager attended our table to rectify the issue. I showed and proved thru my reservation that I never booked the sparkling wine option only the dozen roses and candles. In the end the only way to recoup the $50 was to leave the roses behind. The server then went on to provide many excuses short staffed, etc...I understand mistakes happen but when it's yours it shouldn't have to come out of my pocket or cost the actual item I booked for my husband (he loves getting flowers). He then proceeded to say that when we come back again our first round would be on him. There won't be a next time, why would I come back again for boiled meat and poor customer service? If short staffed do not take reservations for a full staff capacity. This is not a fine dining experience at all. So many people boiling and frying stuff at their tables makes for a muggy, hot environment. Do not dress in anything dry clean only or of quality because it will be permeated with the smell. If you want to spend $100's of dollars to boil meat and face so many added fees and even hidden ones by all means go to this place.
