    A wonderful experience. The food was perfection. The ambiance was radiant. The most memorable experience came from our waiter, Brett. His food and beverage knowledge enabled us to truly enjoy the flavor profiles. A truly unique evening. 👍👍

    So we’ve eating at Bliss before and rated them higher as we had one meal that wasn’t up to the highest rating. You can always expect something innovative and good to eat. To start off with the best part. Our server Nick was excellent! He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He also was very attentive and accommodating. Just a great all around server who made us feel special and genuinely appreciated. He would be a great employee and teammate anywhere he worked! The food that was great was the arugula salad, the scallops, beef tenderloin! We also had some great starters. The octopus and ahi tartare were very tasty and looked as good as they tasted. The meal I think could have been better was the red fish. To me it was overdone and way too salty. But if you’re looking for something innovative and different than the standard SA restaurant this is a great restaurant!

    Always perfect food and service. The scallops were perfectly seared and the grits creamy. The braised beef rib was fall-off-the-bone tender. My husbands beef tenderloin was wonderfully seasoned, cooked to his requested doneness and tender.

    We had both the Tuna Tartare and the Mahi Ceviche for appetizers. Both were an easy 9 out of 10. We had the Branzino (easily a 9 out of 10), and the Beef Tenderloin. While it was a good dish, it wasn’t great (7 out of 10). Too much going on with that dish. Sometimes less is more. Finally we had the butter cake for dessert. We’d give it a 7 out of 10. A little too grainy and skimpy on the berry topping. Tried 3 different wines, all were very good.

    The food was creative and excellent. We all enjoyed our meals. They didn’t have any specials because the chef decides daily and they print the menu. I wonder about that as the last three times we’ve been there in 11 months the menu is always the same. Just be authentic whatever that looks like. We enjoyed our meal a great deal and will return. The cheesecake was great. Service was fine.
