   We both got sick after the diner, related to food. We ordered the plate deluxe twice for the 2 of us. Our waitress spended a lot of time at the table of her friends gossiping and saying it's not a busy night, but we got of soup and dumplings cold. Our full night at the restaurant was about 2 hours and we waited so so long to get our food. Of the 7 seven varieties of sushi we got, 3 of them were just bad, 2 were alright, and the 2 other were good but not "wow". And inside, it was a bit too cold at first, and the air conditioner started. A older couple asked to change place because they were also cold. So it wasn't only us. The only good thing I can see it's the decor which is very cute. But the rest, the price doesn't reflect the value of the food. We had bad service. And it was a long night at this place. And being food sick after wasn't a fun experience. Sorry for the brutal honest review but that was our experience last night.

   There was no soap in the bathroom. The food itself was not impressive. The mango felt like it had no mango in it. The vegan beef felt like I was eating canned food - TASTE and texture. This was surprising because I’ve been to his other restaurants, so I know he can do a much better job than that. I was really disappointed.

   I loved this!!! Their sushi was amazing. We had fake salmon and it tasted just like it!! My only thing is that we should have told them we had a show and needed to go quickly because it took them an hour to make our food. Still we had appetizers in the meantime. Just keep in mind that you should inform them. We saw people come in and out quickly. I 100% recommend this place

    C'était ma deuxième expérience au Bloom, la première avait été irréprochable. Cependant, cette fois-ci, on nous a averti une fois sur place que nous avions 1:30 pour manger, qu'il faudrait ensuite libérer la table. Pas de soucis. Sauf que même si nous avons passé notre commande rapidement, on a oublié de nous servir notre entrée, qui n'est arrivée qu'après plus de 40 minutes d'attente, en même temps que les sushis (et seulement après avoir insisté auprès d'une serveuse qui n'était pas la nôtre, la nôtre ayant disparu ??). Résultat, nous avions moins d'une demi-heure pour engouffrer notre entrée et nos sushis. Ce n'est pas l'idée que je me fais d'un repas romantique, disons. Une chance que la nourriture était bonne, car notre expérience a été gâchée par le "stress" de devoir se grouiller à bouffer. Résultat : on n'y retournera probablement pas.

    As a vegan, I love having a restaurant where can I order anything I want! The rolls were creative delicious! I would definitely go back during my next stay in Montreal but would to see a location in Toronto too!

    Great and tasty food! We were celebrating 2 birthdays (there’s just 4 of us) so we thought we’d try Bloom as we’ve tried Momo and enjoyed it. Service took a while and food came almost an hour later, 2 tables that came after us and ordered later got their food first. Tasty and beautifully presented food but we might’ve came at an off night for service.

    We came here on a whim for a pre birthday date after we discovered the restaurant we has reservations at was closed due to the power outages… we ordered the omasake and while I wasn’t a fan of ALL of the combinations, the food really was exquisite! And the presentation lovely! The restaurant is gorgeous and we had a very cute two person booth. Our server was new and when she didn’t know the answer to my questions another stepped in and provided fabulous service… that felt really special somehow. Note if you’re looking for quiet conversation, it’s a challenge with the music — was over stimulating in the bright space and chatter from nearby tables.

    Had a wonderful experience at Bloom sushi, the food is absolutely incredible! I had no idea this was a plant based sushi restaurant and if it wasn’t written on the menu I never would’ve noticed because the flavours and quality of sushi was amazing!
