Perfect from beginning to end! I went to this vegan restaurant with my non vegan friend who absolutely loooooves sushi, and she loved it. I will definitely go back!

Bloom is a great restaurant. I have taken friends from out of town and out of the country for dinner there, and they talked about the delicious food and positive experience days after returning home. It's a great place to go, and especially to show carnivores what amazing plant-based food can look and taste like.

Excellent food. Delicious bursts of flavors with each bites. Crispy texture on some, beautifully wrapped. I would definitely go back!

I used to love this restaurant. The quality has gone done hugely and the menu has changed and not for the better. I will never go here again a total waste of money. The food was subpar. The serving of vegetables was about 6 leaves. The sashimi was frozen. The service was terrible. Overall a terrible experience.

Nevertheless, I have some misunderstandings, following the reading of your comment, and in a real concern of improvements, could you come back to us so that we can understand what were the problems during your visit. “The vegetable portion was about 6 leaves”, we are a sushi restaurant, and do not have vegetable portions or plates, nor salads.
