   Booked last minute for a huge group. Tyler was an excellent waiter and axe tutor. We all had a fantastic time! The Paloma was extra delicious.

   It was 11 AM on a Sunday and they7 were spraying the place with bug spray and the smell was overwhelming!

What you witnessed was one of our axe coaches spraying the axe target with water. Our restaurant is featured inside of an axe throwing facility. We spray every target with water once per hour to keep the wood soft. We're sorry that this ruined your experience.

   It was a lot of fun!!! They did so great with our larger group. Our server Adam was awesome!!! We visited with a bachelorette party and all the girls loved it!!! I would definitely go again!!!

   This was great! The cheese curds were awesome and our server was very nice. We loved it. We didn’t go ax throwing because we had other plans but it looked fun.

   The experience was different but it was fun overall. We only went for drinks & Axe throwing . The drinks were pretty good & the bartender did well substituting ingredients for me. The birthday girl had a blast and that was the goal. The guy taking care of us was very chill & personable.

    Our family had such a fun time at Blu Ox at Bad Axe! We had a great server who was very helpful and encouraging for our axe-throwing experience. She was also very attentive to our needs and took great care of our party. Our 18-year-old, his friend, our 12-year-old and we, the parents in our 40s... ALL had a REALLY FUN time! We only wish we could have stayed longer to hear the live music. Had we not had a prior commitment we would have. The food was tasty, the axe throwing - fulfilling, and the memories... priceless!! We will definitely visit again and recommend to others! Thank you Blu Ox & Bad Axe!!!!

    We had a really great time, although I realized I’m truly a bad axe thrower. Lol The food was good and we really loved the cheese curds and chicken tenders. We also had the chicken tacos, which was ok but I would say…needed more meat. So I would not order those again. Our waiter was really nice and attentive. I would definitely go there again.

    It was such a fun Sunday nite! Our coach was fabulous. Showed us how to throw the axe and gave good pointers. Though busy, it was perfect for Sunday pm. I hear usually it's packed! My girlfriends & I had a great time!!

    They were short staffed and the food took FOREVER and when the food came out it was a few at a time over like 10 minutes. When it finally came it was mediocre. I wouldn’t recommend bringing a big group there. They were not prepared even though we made a reservation several days in advance. Not impressed.

    Like a bowling alley but with axes instead of balls. We had a good time but Axe throwing was not our primary focus so we ended up wasting money on the axe lane. The location is staffed with friendly people and is clean and lively. But you really need to want to focus on throwing axes. Since we didn't focus on axing when our hour was up we paid our $100 for the lane plus our food and then kinda had to go. So in the end it would be an incredible location for avid axe throwers. - great staff - parking is limited in sketchy area of town - mixed drinks are mostly mix

    Our group had a blast at bad axe throwing. There were some menu items that weren’t available and our food and drinks took a long time, so that was disappointing. Overall, I would recommend it since we enjoyed it.

    We were visiting Nashville and wanted something fun for the kids and adults to do together…something out of the ordinary!! This place was PERFECT! Food was so so but the fun made up for it! Great serves and staff added to our enjoyment.

    They only play loud heavy metal music. Good pickle chips. Very limited menu. Honestly if they would mix up the music and vibe I would recommend. There is a fantastic mural on the outside with country music stars holding axes, but only dark metal music was played when we came. Did not appreciate.
