The service and overall ambience were excellent. The music from the bar was intrusive, and the salmon entree was over cooked, even though medium was requested. The snapper had slippery skin that made it very unappealing.

Our server was Caroline B. She went above and beyond to accommodate a pleasing and comfortable experience. She was very polite and made us feel welcome. A special request was handled with a smile . TY Caroline B. Another outstanding experience with Sylvia Gamble . She had the wine service etiquette down like a seasoned pro . We were so impressed by this young lady who executes her training with pride . TY Sylvia Miss Kitty afternoon tea experience.

We arrived shortly after 8:30. Some members of our party had arrived a little earlier and were already greeted and given water. It took 15 minutes after our arrival for the rest of us to be greeted and offered water. This set the tone for the entire meal. The food was over-salted, and the server was completely inattentive, although she was very attentive to another table. We skipped dessert and coffee because she never returned to take our order. We were there for over two hours, even though it should have only taken 45 minutes to an hour. I don’t know what was going on, but this was not a great experience. I should note our company had just spent over $60k in the Conrad ballroom putting on a big event that night. We were celebrating our success and this left us with a bad taste in our mouths… literally and figuratively.

Unfortunately this high tea was very expensive and the food was very limited and does not meet expectations. Lounge is beautiful but high tea was extremely disappointing. I have done a high tea in every state/ country I travel to and this has to be the lowest one on the list so far, not worth the cost at all.
