Food did not disappoint. Noteable dishes were the shrimp, croquettes, octopus, salad, and sourdough ice cream. Beef tartare, tuna sashimi, and banana cream Pie were also great! Service was great and so were the bottles of wine we got were all great selections.

Exceptional experience overall. The food was delicious and uniquely flavoured -- creative pairings and very fresh. We especially loved the grilled octopus and the tuna. Also, the fresh salad was exquisite. Our server was very knowledgeable, attentive and great with help choosing wine to go with what we'd ordered. We were so impressed by this experience. The value for the price was exceptional too. My only critique (which is very minor) is that there could have been more vegetarian options ...but we are pescatarians and our server was happy to help amend some of the recipes that were listed as having meat. We didn't feel it compromised the dishes at all. We walked out of this experience feeling blown away by the food, service and entire vibe. Would 100% recommend Bocado to anyone visiting the County who wants a wonderful and creative meal experience! Couldn't be happier!!!!!

A wonderful assortment and blends of flavours. Great variety of dishes - something for everyone! If you have never been, it's definitely worth the visit. A bit too noisy, quiet conversation can be a problem!

Tapas style menu provided lots of opportunities to try various dishes. The 5oz filet and the mushroom dishes were outstanding. Staff was incredibly helpful and service was impeccable. Highly recommend and will be back.

Amazing experience food was top notch. Service was professional and tentative. One of the best restaurants I have eaten at in many years. I have tried all the top restaurants in Prince Edward County and this restaurant is a cut above all others.

First time we have been to the restaurant since moving to PEC. I have to stay this is one of the best meals that I have had and lived in France for many years so we consider we know our food. LOL. Will certainly be back again, and again. Still dreaming about the meal.

Came for a weekend getaway and everyone was telling us we should go to this restaurant. Not knowing it was the last day of Countrylious it was so worth it. Had an amazing 3 course meal. Outstanding food experience. Stacy our gave amazing service and explained our dishes to us. Would highly go back again. Thank you.

Amazing service, amazing food - so thoughtful on the sparkling wine as we were celebrating our anniversary. Just wish the music was a touch lower. Otherwise we can’t wait to come back!

Fabulous overall. I recommend you go. I do have one bone to pick however: We booked for a early supper between 5 and 6 and when we arrived we were told we had to leave the table in 1 and 1/2 hours. We were a little surprised but it didn't seem like it would be a problem. But the wonderful multi-course meal (the Countylicious special) with great wine took the full 90 mins (i.e. dessert was done and we paid at exactly 90 mins). We were gathering our stuff to go when a hostess came to the table to let us know that they needed the table for the next seating. That felt uncomfortable and rushed. Having said that, the cooking very creative, and in 5 times we've been there, the food and service has been unfailingly great. Maybe consider booking on a less busy weekday, but definitely check it out!

The menu was perfect and overall a fantastic evening - staff are amazing and attentive to needs. They are friendly and personable. This is truly the best restaurant in Picton for a special meal out.

The noise level was such that we left as soon as we could. It was not enjoyable having to shout at each other across the table, other than that Bocado is a great restaurant, but I'll not go again on a busy night as the noise detracts from the experience.

Upon arrival and being turned away because we are 10 minutes early is ok…the hostess being snaky about it was not cool. This same person ended up serving us and the service was fine. The food was good, in particular the main course rib eye was excellent, perfectly prepared.

My husband and I went to Bocado to try their Countylicios menu and it was amazing! As with everything they do, you can expect great attention to details and very well put together flavor profiles. I must add that while staying incredibly flavourful, the menu was also filling and was a great value for the price. Bocado also offers wine pairing to go with the menu and I would recommend to use that option, since their wine list is one of the best in the County. Bocado is one of our favourite places in the country and it was great to venture from the dishes we know and we like, and to try something new.

We had an excellent evening at Bocado! Outstanding all around…the kitchen shines and the staff is extremely attentive, both working brilliantly well together. A fine tuned orchestra! Will return! Bravo and well done!
