The modern-day, Spanish equivalent to the neighbourhood watering hole, BODEGA Tapas Bar by SABOR quickly enjoyed a cult-like following at its original location at SABOR Downtown. Patrons urged us to expand, so in 2015, we opened our Highlands location, followed soon after by 124 Street, St. Albert, Sherwood Park and Ellerslie, spreading BODEGA goodness across Edmonton and beyond.”

The food was underwhelming. All the happy hour offerings looked and tasted like they had been re-cooked. The cod fritters were burnt with only a slight taste of cod. Overall a disappointing experience.

Great forst visit, had the octopus grilled, scallops were the best, boar cheeks and cherry cheesecake dessert all wonderful great wine pricing

Food was amazing, super good value. Cocktails were a miss. Overly salty Marg. Aviation was not overly good either. But seriously, drinks aside we’ve been talking about this place all week. Such good food for value.

The food and service were excellent. The cocktails were also fantastic. This is a great spot for dining with friends so you can order and try multiple items. We’ll be back soon!

We had a pleasant visit to Bodega except for the noise within the room was quite loud . The servers were wanting to remove our plates before we were finished which was a bit irritating . I will continue to visit Bodega when I have more than two of us seated or will come around in the afternoon during happy hour as it is a lot quieter .

Great to see Edmonton's Bodega now open in Calgary! Expect excellent service, outstanding flavours in a beautiful space. We loved the gin cocktails, the fresh seafood and the fresh bread. We will be back.

Have eaten in several of the group’s restaurants in YEG and this was the same - great food with equally good presentation. Ambience is “trendy” but the noise level is quite loud. We sat by the north windows which was very hot. All in all well worth the experience!
