Excellent restaurant! Le service de Clément a été impeccable et même plus. Nous avons suivi ses recommandations pour choisir notre pièce de viande ainsi que la cuisson. Tout était parfait et succulent. Je recommande fortement et si vous avez la chance de vous faire servir par Clément, n’hésitez pas à lui faire confiance ses conseils sont justes. La dorade était trop cuite et ne goutait plus rien. Le steak était trop cuit même si nous avions expressément demandé medium. Ils ont assurément échappé la salière sur les frites. Seul notre entrée aux raviolis et les choux de Bruxelles étaient a la hauteur des tarifs exigés par ce restaurant...et franchement, une cuillère a soupe de mayonnaise épicé a 3$, c'est un peu exagéré pour un restaurant haut de gamme...nous n'y reviendront pas...rapport qualité prix très faible

Tres bon mais peut etre overprice mais on accepte compte tenu que c’est un restaurant annexé à un hôtel. 360$pourboire 20% inclus pour 3 personnes (un seul verre de vin sur la facture donc c’est pour la nourriture)

Our son recently moved to Sherbrooke and we had the pleasure of dining at Boesfish while visiting him from New Brunswick. The 3 of us were escorted to a very nice booth table in an excellent location. We could see the entire restaurant including the chef’s preparing the food. The service provided by Yakoub and Léopoldine was excellent. Very attentive and pleasant. They brought out a tray of steaks and explained each cut of meat, how it’s aged and the unique particularities of each which was very informative. We opted not to have any drinks. There wasn’t many interesting cocktail options and the white wine list was limited, so we decided to just have water. The food was outstanding! We all agreed one of the best meals we’ve had in a long time. Between the 3 of us, we ordered the beet salad, ravioli, tuna tartare, 10oz filet mignon, cheesecake, carrot cake and another desert that was part of the table d’hôte. Everything was outstanding. Very flavourful and melt in your mouth. Yum! We’ll be back for sure.

Very impressed for our first time to Boefish. The meat presentation, the ambiance, the attentive waiters. We are from Montreal and we have heard about this place, definitely we will recommend this restaurant. It is a must!

The food was adequate and presentation was attractive. Well informed waiter and charming Maître d’ hotel. Wedge salad was weak - too much salad dressing covering iceberg lettuce that was past its prime.. Octopus and onion soup were ok. but nothing special. Main of mushroom stuffed pasta was bland and without flavour. It was also tepid when served. Sea bream was generous, well prepared and nicely presented. Beef tartar was very spicy but manageable - would not work for people who want to taste the beef and not just the added ingredients. Steak frites also ok. In terms of value for money, there are better places to eat in Sherbrooke.

Excellent service de Élodie. Mathieu nous a accueilli comme des princes et Lana nous a préparé une telle planche que je salive encore juste à y penser ! L'entrée d'huitre nous a ravis ! La pieuvre était tendre à souhait, les calmars tout autant, les pâtes al dente comme on les aime, et que dire du filet mignon... fondant dans la bouche ! Je ne décrirai pas chacun des plats, mais tout était savoureux et parfaitement apprêté ! Expérience à revivre encore et encore ! Merci à toute la belle équipe !

Tout est impeccable sauf que le pain est apporté avec trop de parcimonie. Et un élément frustrant à la réception de la facture, la bouteille d'eau pétillante est à 7$, ne l'offrez pas comme étant un choix gratuit opposé à l'eau platte. Surtout que j'étais seule dessus, j'en ai pris 2 gorgées (pris 2 drinks donc), et c'est le grand format. Sinon, sérieux tout est parfait

Nous avons tous les deux pris la table d'hôte, un prix acceptable, qualité au rendez-vous. Le gravelax vaut le détour, pour le produit comme sa présentation. Excellente suggestion pour le vin (un Cahors plutôt surprenant). Le menu, assez étoffé, est souvent à des prix un peu raides, que pour une première visite nous avons décidé d'éviter. Je comprends qu'une viande de qualité se paie, mais il y a des limites. Cela n'a aucune mesure avec ce que nous payons pour notre consommation domestique, et nous ne nous privons pas. N'eut été de cette réserve, nous aurions donné 5 étoiles, mais il semble difficile d'avoir aujourd'hui des restaurants feutrés et clames. On préfère peu ou pas de musique et de l'insonorisation, mais on ne trouve ça nulle part...

Le restaurant est très bien, j’ai pris le filet de mignon 7oz et c’était vraiment bon. Ma fille a commandé un hamburger ou la mayonnaise était en abondance le hamburger était blanc. Ils l’ont refait et nous étions contents. Le nouveau plat hamburger, la viande avait zero gout et extrêmement sec. Ma fille ne l’a pas mangé. J’ai demandé à la gérante s’il pouvait au moins donner un dessert gratuit car ma fille a manger seulement quelques frites . Elle n’a pas voulu car il avait refait le plan donc il avait fait leur bout. Je trouve ça dommage car pour les adultes les steaks étaient parfait. Étant donné la situation je trouvais cela très ordinaire. Effectivement, ils sont refaits le plat mais cela n’était pas bon. Le filet mignon est 10/10.

WOW! Quel bel endroit pour réunion professionnelle, souper entres amis, rencontre romantique. Recommande assurément! Superbe belle équipe qui ont les intérêts de leurs clients à coeur. Mention spéciale à la Chef Lana Godbout qui a fait des miracles pour m’offrir un repas végétalien extraordinaire. À noter svp qu’il est important d’aviser le restaurant 3 jours à l’avance si vous avez des restrictions ou besoins alimentaires spécifiques. Ils feront tout en leur pouvoir pour vous accommoder.

We have been here several times and have had from C- experiences all the way to one B+ experience, this most recent visit. We had an EXCELLENT server which is SO important; thank you. You elevated our enjoyment of our evening. And, we finally tried a steak having been timid about those prices previously. Delicious, but not more so than other venues. The beet salad, my oh my, it was delicious! The scallop potatoes were a disappointment; no flavour though much ballyhooed. The chips at this place; I.e., frites, are soggy, too soggy, which leaves a baked potato as the only other option; maybe next time. Oh, and the bartender had no idea how to make and present a martini on the rocks. Seriously? The crème brûlée for dessert was mediocre at best. We will keep coming bc there isn’t much competition in Sherbrooke — and as a tribute to our waitress

We were looking forward to eating here when traveling to Sherbrooke for Legion Nationals Track Championships, and it didn’t disappoint. Amazing food choices, great quality and outstanding service. All food and sauces made fresh in-house. Bit of a food snob, and highly recommended.
