    On arrival it was great to find a lift to go down to the restaurant as my mother is a 91 year old and nor very mobile. Staff helped me settle her into her chair and gave us a table with uninterrupted views. The food was so delicious and big meals that they gave us take hone containers, that way we got to enjoy our meal the next day. Staff were Incredible and attentive.

    The restaurant was messy. there was a tea towel on the ground near our table. Our table was dirty. We had to flag down a waiter to order. The food was great and came in good time. Quite noisy and a bit squashy. Loved the two courses for $65 opetion!

    Spent a lovely Saturday lunch here. I recommend booking early as it got very busy later on. We had the Wagyu beef pizza and the Chicken pizza for mains and they were so yummy and filling. We opted for the 2 courses for $65 and found it to be fantastic value. The meals are generous servings and we left feeling very satisfied and full. The view of the mountains and valley was spectacular too. Highly recommended.

    This place is a must if you are want somewhere with a spectacular view and great food. The four of us all had different meals and not one of us could fault our meals. Easily one of the best meals I have ever had! Portions are generous and could easily be shared which quite a few people do. Definitely put it on you list to visit while in Katoomba, you will not be disappointed.

    Husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the Boilerhouse. The service was outstanding, and the meal was fabulous. I heartily recommend their vegetarian pizza and salads, and the staff were very accommodating in creating my Affogato! Will definitely be going there again.

    We chose the $65 for Two courses and really there was so much food we had to ask for a longer break. No problem. My seafood hotpot was excellent and the lamb shanks were great. It was a lovely ambience even as it was so busy. Next time we will order some pizza and salads and share. Service fab and wine wasn't cheap but it was a special day. Hillbilly cider was a great local drop. Will definitely be back ..gotta book.

    Food was good, bit pricey, guess due to views. Location beautiful, though lots of road work at the moment nearby. Staff were very friendly and approachable, and had attention to detail.

    Service was very poor. Waited more than an hour for a simple dish without any apologies or explaination. As soon as the food came, staff started to packing tables and chairs and tried to get rid of customers as it seemed they tried to finish their shift. Worst experience for what i paid.

    Overall disappointed Seated at back near kitchen in an overcrowded dining area with no views despite there being a table for 2 near the window - was told it was because of the same day booking - doesn’t state this at booking Pizza was greasy and over priced Won’t be going back

    Outstanding food and unparalleled view. I had driven for an hour and a half to get there and it was well worth it. The staff were really kind and accommodating when a member of our group was unexpectedly delayed in arriving. The experience was really special and I hope to return in the future.

    On Wednesday 12th July, we had a beautiful lunch at the Boilerhouse at Medlow Bath. The service was exceptional the food was outstanding & such great value. A two course menu for $65 was well worth the price and we would definitely recommend & revisit this restaurant. Thank you to all the staff, catering team & management a great facility. Also the view of the Megalong Valley only added to a wonderful experience. Lorna

    We came one hour earlier than we expected. But they let us start early and escorted us to our reserved table. The Linguini and pizza were delicious. The services were excellent. We will come again.

    A very warm and inviting atmosphere. The view was spectacular. Waiters were very diligent with service whether it was taking our orders or clearing empty dishes. We ordered 4 different pizzas, salad and chips. The wagyu beef pizza was mince, not shredded meat as we were expecting. The toppings were not generous ( I think there were six prawns on the prawn pizza ! ) and sometimes the flavours were not cohesive. The pizza flavours were disappointing. Salad was just a pile of rocket, shredded cheese and dressing- no real effort was made to make it even look presentable. I think if they update their menu or even make it more seasonal it would be an improvement. It was an average dining experience and we probably wouldn’t return again.

    Ok, so warm, cosy. Food delishous. View to die for. Chairs bloody uncomfortable. Tables: round pushed together - uncomfortable. Price????? Not worth the uncomfortable furniture and noisy ambiance.. And the background noise made it so difficult to hear us at our table - we had to shout at each other. Too many people, too much hurry for the next sitting. Making maxium dollar at minimum comfort.
