   We came with a reservation for an early dinner on a Monday evening, and it took us 20ish minutes for our waiter to appear and nearly 50 minutes for our food to arrive (and we only ordered 2 appetizers). The ambience was nice, and the staff was welcoming and kind, but the service was slow. Their shrimp ceviche is delicious, but their brussel sprout dish was disappointing, because it was mostly over-roasted crisp leaves with no actual pieces of sprouts. Beautiful location and fun atmosphere.

   This visit was a complete disappointment. Our reservation as set 4 weeks out. We were seated nearest to the kitchen and the service traffic was loud and active. We arrived for a 6pm seating. We ordered drinks. The service was 20mins until we received the drinks. Once our order was taken only 1 of our meals was served. We inquired and told it would be delivered. We waiting another 15-minutes and still we did not receive the second meal. As we spoke with Jonathan the manager - “They were are busy and sorry..” and in the middle of our conversation a second server approached the manager with an issue. We were left wondering what could be so important for the manager to take another issue while not resolving ours. We paid for our meal and departed without a resolution. Will not return. Good luck should You wish to try.

   Food is plated beautifully. Some of the dishes were excellent. Others are mediocre to disappointing. Service was not great in terms of sophistication, attentiveness, and timing, but in the end the price felt appropriate for what we got. A beautiful and comfortable place to dine outdoors. Spicy margarita was A+

   We had a wonderful dining experience at Bolero Restaurante. Ask for either Kristen or Jerry as they are the most delightful and knowledgeable waitresses in the business. They are delightful and we just love them!! Enjoy your dining experience!

   We ate at Bolera for our 46th anniversary and it was outstanding! We loved everything about this restaurant but at the top of the list was the food. The food is served tapas style - we started with the bruschetta, then the watermelon salad and finished with the chicken medallions. Delicious, flavorful, tasty - each dish got better and better. Highly recommend and we can't wait to return on our next trip to Temecula.

    paella was very tasty. we also got scallops ( delicious), sliders - my sons loved it, garlic shrimp was yum, ceasar salad good abd my absolute fav was the margarita- best margsrita ive tried! Only disappointment was the churros ( bit burnt and dry) but otherwise ill be back! Lots of menu choices

    Indifferent, clueless waiter showed up 15 minutes after being seated. Only interested in promoting house wines. No knowledge of beer and bourbon. Crab, mango stuffed avocado was really good. Paella was a poor effort. Bomba rice was way too wet and the paella overall comes nowhere close to authentic Spanish cuisine. The investment in the property looks great, step up the execution to meet needs of discerning customers.

    Bolero never disappoints. It is breakfast elevated. The Braised Pork Benedict is beyond words. With the paprika hollandaise it is unbelievably delicious. They definitely know their craft. The best food in Temecula!

    The dining room was very noisy, but the patio was nice and quiet. The seafood paella was terrific, but does take 45 minutes from ordering. For dessert, I had the churros, which were nearly perfect… hot, fresh, crispy, soft. My husband had the best breakfast ever ice cream, which was actually delicious with the churros.

    I must say that the first time we dined here was fabulous. Our server, I believe his name was Zach, had a lot to do with that. He was personable, knowledgeable, and was attentive but not in an annoying way. This time I came with a small group (5) and it was so disappointing. Our server had no personality and we felt rushed to order while still trying to decide on the wine. 4 of the 5 of us placed our orders and asked for an extra couple of minutes for the 5th person to decide on food. All of a sudden the food started coming out one by one before the 5th person had even ordered! For the price you pay at a place like this, you should be given an experience and not rush the customer to the point of making them feel like you are trying to get them to leave in a hurry. Very disappointed and unfortunately will probably not return.

    The four of us thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Bolero last night! We started off with beef and chorizo empanadas, and albondigas - beef and lamb meatballs in a lovely spicy tomato sauce. We then had patatas bravas and a fabulous shrimp dish called Gambas con Espaguetis. We finished up our main courses with the braised pork cheeks. Amazing! Every dish was on point and delicious. To complete our meal we shared the brûlée banana and the orange cheesecake, both fantastic. Of course at the end we sat around discussing all the other dishes we wanted to eat when we come back.

    Had the Garnacha and mixed seafood Paella and they were both amazing. Fresh ingredients, nicely seasoned and generous amounts. Also had a beer flight and really liked the Coffee Hazelnut Stout. Highly recommend

    The ceviche was fantastic. I liked how the sauce for the patatas brava came on the side. That way the potatoes didn’t get soggy at the end. The brussel sprouts were crispy and thin. Great wine. Absolutely delicious.

    We have had the brunch at Bolero twice now, and that was outstanding! This was our first dining experience, and it DID NOT disappoint.. Menu is balanced and the flavors deliver, wine selection is complex and diversified.. Our server was excellent and knowledgeable of all aspects of our direction in ordering..     Visited Bolero for breakfast on a Friday morning. It was easy to get a reservation just one day in advance. The restaurant was quiet when we arrived, but started getting louder as time went on. Our server was prompt and attentive. It seemed to take a while for our food, but it was worth the wait. All four of us enjoyed our meals. My latte was very good, but my husband had an Americano and it was not very hot. Plan to return for tapas!
