We have had the brunch at Bolero twice now, and that was outstanding! This was our first dining experience, and it DID NOT disappoint.. Menu is balanced and the flavors deliver, wine selection is complex and diversified.. Our server was excellent and knowledgeable of all aspects of our direction in ordering.. Visited Bolero for breakfast on a Friday morning. It was easy to get a reservation just one day in advance. The restaurant was quiet when we arrived, but started getting louder as time went on. Our server was prompt and attentive. It seemed to take a while for our food, but it was worth the wait. All four of us enjoyed our meals. My latte was very good, but my husband had an Americano and it was not very hot. Plan to return for tapas!

The food was yummy and service was attentive and gracious. Mom had the pork crepes, I had the Spanish brioche toast, and my husband had the Spanish eggs benedict--we cleaned our plates. I peeked at the buffet brunch offerings, and we vowed to return to try that next time. The grounds at this winery, beyond the restaurant, are worth exploring, and the 10% off the restaurant bill makes wine membership sensible. Great experience!

This was our second time at Bolero. We knew it would be busy due to Valentine’s Day weekend which is why we made a reservation. We did still have to wait 20 minutes past our reservation for a table. It was incredibly loud (not the restaurant’s fault) but a few other groups were being obnoxious. The staff were visibly stressed, but everyone was polite. The food came out quickly. Everything was good, but not great as it was when we came 6 months prior on a less busy night. The Chef came to our table and was incredibly nice and we thought that was a very special touch.

I made a reservation for inside with a booth. A table inside would have worked, but my group was seated outside. I can say that 99.5% of the time I always sit inside. What is the use of making a reservation if the choice is to take what we have or come back 30+ mins later? The staff did attempt to make the area feel comfortable with portable heaters, but the wind was blowing. I do not like to sit outside. I am also a club member at this winery, but to no avail. The next question on this survey is a hard choice if I'm not given the opportunity to receive the service I requested well in advance.

Never a disappointment! Brought friends from Chicago for a real treat of Seafood Paella! Started with organized Caesar, the world’s best Brussels sprouts and what we call the Barcelona bread. Everything was wonderful! Service was provided by a very efficient and pleasant waitperson. Thank you for a great night!

We had lunch on the patio. It was a beautiful sunny day, so it's fortunate there were lots of umbrellas. We had the striped bass for 2 and it was excellent. The salsa and mustard were perfect. Our only complaint is the serving size. The dish was on the small side. We've previously had the seafood paella (absolutely delicious) for 2 and found the portion was certainly adequate for 2 and assumed the bass would be similar. We want to try a few more items, so we'll return. Thanks for an enjoyable lunch!

Breakfast is the way to go here! Steak and eggs is delicious and filling. We will definitely be back for breakfast. Dinner there is tapas style and what you get is not worth the cost. They have a few good dishes at dinner but nothing worth raving about.

My husband and I was there to celebrate my birthday and the gentleman who greets and checks in customers in the restaurant which I did not get his name, I wish he was a little more friendly. Other then that the service was spectacular. The food and dessert was delicious.

We were looking for a new wine club in the Temecula Valley and found it! We ordered a selection of small plates ranging from $12-$16, the meatballs are incredible, and a seafood pasta entrée, and a lemon beurre blanc that was spectacular for $23. We returned three days later to check out the membership wine room and encountered the oh so knowledgeable Dr. Doug and upgraded our membership based on his advice.

This restaurant came as a recommendation from another server from another great place. And it didn’t disappoint. The location itself was beautiful, the server was knowledgeable and to top it, the food was excellent. We had shareable items so were able to taste a few things. Potato Croquettes, garlic shrimp, banana flambe’ to name a few was just delicious. Would definitely recommend.

Family visiting and had to bring them to Bolero. It’s the 3rd time we’ve been in the last month! So good that we had to share the experience with different family members. The grilled steak was perfectly prepared- Jamon and cheese 3 ways-so delicious! The lamb was good, even though I am not a fan of lamb our son loved it. Shrimp as an app with extra toast to dip into sauce. Fantastic desserts we tried banana custard was our fave and always the cheesecake is a must ! Already looking forward to our next visit.

The food was great. We tried a different paella than we normally get. The empanadas were super tasty. I got a glass of the red blended wine. It had someone else’s lipstick on the rim of the glass. I told our waitress. She took it into the kitchen ( not back to the bar) so I’m assuming she just wiped the edge. Still charged me and didn’t apologize for the dirty glass.
