Boom Bang Fine Foods & Cocktails serves New American cuisine with French and Mexican influences from Chef and Owner Elia Aboumrad. Cocktails are curated by Bar Program Manager Skylar Sanders and his bar team.

The American bistro offers starters including Artisan Corn Dogs and French Onion Dip Caviar Service; classic French onion soup and a zesty, rich gazpacho gelee; classic mains including Steak Frites, Christian's Boom Bang Burger, Elia's cripsy Duck Confit with seasonal garnish, and Elia's signature Pork Shank in Here & There sauce.

Guests will find a variety of vegetable-forward dishes like the Wild & Cultivated Mushroom Puff Pastry Tart with Ver Jus Sauce, Cast Iron Ratatouille, Potatoes Pureé an ode to Joël Robuchon.

Desserts are abound with chef Elia's signature Mexican Hot Chocolate Crème Brulée and her interpretation of the classic Pavlova.

                      The food and cocktails are always excellent here. The pork shank is melt in your mouth excellant and big enough to shaare if you want. Don't forget to order the carrot cake for desert; so delicious!

                      This was second time visiting Boom Bang and I'm happy to say this was a better experience. I don't feel like there are a lot of options, but what ordered was good. My drinks were perfect and the atmosphere was perfect for a date. I will visit again.

                      I was looking forward to celebrating my birthday here after reading the great reviews and hearing first-hand accounts raving about this place. I made my reservation requesting a booth and noted it was my birthday dinner. It started great. Seated in a booth per the request, our waiter was friendly and loved the ambiance. He had several tables and was busy so I did not fault him for taking a little while to come back. While we awaited his return we noticed that it was hot in the restaurant. We were sitting next to the windows and it is the end of May in Las Vegas, but even people across the restaurant were fanning themselves with their menus. The waiter comes back and his attitude has completely changed. He is very short, quickly takes our order, and is on his way again. Confused by the 180, we blew it off because it was my birthday dinner. The good: Cocktails are on point. Not unreasonably priced and tasty. The tuna tartare and chicken meatballs were fantastic. The fine: My wife ordered the carbonara and it was ok. The disappointing: I ordered Mary's duck confit. I was taken aback when served. I got a sad little leg and only a partial piece of the attached thigh that was 100% not worth ordering strictly on the portion size. While it was cooked fine, it was not remotely close to anything anyone would consider an entree-size portion. I would have sent it back had my wife not urged me to cause a scene on my birthday. Thank God we ordered the chicken meatballs because there were enough of them to help me feel satiated. The waiter was non-existent throughout the meal (filled the water once) and didn't serve any of the food. After eating, we passed on coffee and dessert as my disappointment with my entrée and the service soured the overall experience and I was ready to go. On top of everything, my birthday was not acknowledged (not that I want pomp and circumstance) but a "Happy Birthday!" when I can celebrate anywhere and choose your restaurant would've been nice.

                      Food was delicious tried my friends pork (amazing) and my usual. I had pasta with chicken added very good . Another friend had the lobster special subbed the fries for mixed greens (fries w lobster???? Odd) she said it was great. We shared the must have mushroom tarte. Waiter fun and helpful but maybe had a couple too many tables. Not inexpensive but not strip price either. Avoid seating near windows in summer. We’ve been Coming here for a few years now nice local place good food!

                      "Meh. Could’ve been better." Tried this place on a weeknight because I’d heard good things, but honestly, it was just… fine. Nothing terrible, but nothing memorable either. I ordered the filet mignon tacos expecting something tender and flavorful. Unfortunately, the meat was on the tough side—definitely not what you'd hope for when you see "filet mignon" on the menu. The seasoning was decent, but the texture really took away from the experience. I also asked for a side salad without dressing, but it came already dressed when it arrived. Not a huge deal, but still frustrating, especially when you make a point of requesting something specific due to food allergies. Service was polite and mostly attentive, and the atmosphere was nice enough. Overall, it wasn’t bad—but I probably won’t rush back. Plenty of other spots in town that do better for the price.

                      This was my first experience at boom bang, fine foods and cocktails, and it did not disappoint! The drinks are creative and if you like whiskey, you will love these cocktails. Our server was extraordinary and very knowledgeable of the menu as well as the chef. The food itself was amazing and I can’t wait to go back again.

                      The meal was outstanding and the service was great. We had a girls night dinner alone it was fantastic. It can be a little loud in there but the overall vibe was great. The dessert was so yummy and topped off the great meal.

                      The food in this restaurant is fabulous. Love the cauliflower apply and the special drinks! Don’t miss the short ribs or the Sole. The ambiance is great too. Don’t miss the fabulous happy hour!

                      My favorite dish is the sole meunière! It is one of my favorite dishes. Additionally I stole some of my wife’s steak and fries and those are good too!

                      I have enjoyed dining here in the past, tomato bisque and grilled cheese is AMAZING! Yesterday however was a supreme disappointment. They did not have their regular menu, it was buffet style. The plates for the charcuterie were just out of the dishwasher, very warm. The shrimp and tuna tartare was warm the cheese what was left was also warm. The pizza tasted like it was out of a box. The ham was good, the prime rib was ok but overcooked. Our server was absolutely wonderful, he was pleasant and didn’t hover but was attuned to our needs. As usual the cocktails were wonderfully prepared. We won’t be back for the buffet, however we will be dining here again off the regular menu. My suggestion is not to do a buffet in the future.
