The view is magnificent. The food was great with lots of choices. They had a dessert room and a candy table. They had bags so you could take candy home. They also had live music. We really enjoyed it.

Fantastic Easter brunch! We were traveling to Boston from Michigan and I needed to make sure we had an Easter bunny visit since we were not at home. Perfect Easter setting with Easter bunny appearance.

We attended the Easter Brunch and it was a very nice experience. There were plenty of food options and they supported gluten free options very well. My only suggestion would be an actual omelette station made to order and carving station for meat options. The layout of the seating was excellent and felt roomy. The service was impressive and very attentive from the valet through the food service. Overall and excellent experience and would recommend it.

Most expensive meal I've ever purchased but VERY memorable experience. My wife and I had made a 'ritual' of attending every Christmas until COVID shut things down. Wonderful, warm feeling having it back again albeit 2X what it cost last time we were there. Don't care. Worth every cent.

Mother’s Day 2022 I have been coming to BHH for Mother’s Day for years. It has always been incredible. This year no so much. The only thing that was overwhelming was the price. In the past, it cost $100/pp. this year they charged $200/pp. (4 of of us for $800) I agreed to pay it so my fault there. Then they have the nerve to charge $60 to valet the car. The food: this was why I was willing to pay the ridiculously high price. In the past, food was incredible. This year, it was borderline awful. In the past they had double to amount of food in the 4 rooms, this year it was half the amount of food. No ice sculpture, no carving station, no caviar, no candy. There just was very little food. For $200 per person- I would expect over the top. Again, I have been taking my family for years,… I will not be back.

The brunch was incredibly disappointing and not just for the price point. The cost was $165 a person (you are charged in advance plus gratuity) and by the time we arrived the food was totally destroyed. The cheese plates on the buffet where so mangled that other parts and bits of food had been smashed into the cheese…this grossness was never cleaned up or removed. One of the offerings for kids was a donut “bar” that’s a lofty description of one small bowl of cold donut holes. Omelette bar was good and at the basic expectation but literally everything else was picked over or missing all together. Then let’s talk about the small plates of leather like bits of ham sitting on book shelves under the heat lamps…honestly I think there was other meat as well but I couldn’t identify it. In the same section was mozzarella and tomato’s, another part I kept thinking would be refreshed but that didn’t happen. Overall I was told it would also be a kid friendly event but the candy bar (which was lovely by the way) cannot be the only kid friend food. Our kids would have eaten the veggie sushi but unfortunately it had turned brown and I couldn’t subject them to that. So next is the shellfish, we love shellfish and it was one of the reasons we decided to do this for Easter (other than kid friendly, etc)…the oysters had turned lukewarm as had the the shrimp and it was deeply concerning. It did not appear that they had the fresh seafood on a timer for refreshing at all. The service staff really seemed to do their best with the situation but overall I would never recommend the Boston Harbor hotel to anyone for their holiday brunch.

The buffet food was excellent. I was a little disappointed that we ended up in the side room which is more like a catering room rather than a cozy restaurant atmosphere. There was live music which was lovely. For $135 I would have expected much better service. We did not require much from the servers but when we did they were hard to find.

The atmosphere and decoration was nice, but some of the meat meal was absolute cold, even the saucer was frozen. It felt like was just taken from a fridge. Breakfast part was really not special, the level was close to low end breakfast, like the bread, sausage etc. Bread was not even warm. Oysters were very small and not fresh enough. The music and band were ok. But unfortunately not a lot Christmas songs, matching to the theme. Overall decoration and idea was beautiful. Santa was friendly and close to guests. The service staff are above average, but could done better. The price which charged was less value compared to elsewhere we had eaten, like other resort hotels or meals at four seasons hotel.

The waitstaff were fabulous. The cost was a bit pricey, but we knew that going into this event. Food selection was fine but we missed the beef carving station and were surprised by the small assortment of vegetables. Very well done during this horrible COVID period. All enjoyed themselves and I suspect we will participate again on future Christmasses.

The service was give star from the car attendant, the front concierge, the restaurant greeter to the serving attendants…every single person went above and beyond to make we were taken care of. I would give them ten stars if I could!!!

An exceptional Thanksgiving dinner! The food was delicious and special...oysters, truffled carbonara pasta, tea-brined turkey, Beef Wellington, sushi and lobster, etc. The hostess and wait staff did a great job of handling a large volume of diners with courtesy and going the extra mile to meet everyone's requests. The ambience was exceptional, with social distancing and quiet conversations even at tables with large groups. We definitely recommend the Boston Harbor Holiday to all ages. A special thanks to our server, Rosalady for being friendly and attentive!

The Thanksgiving buffet at the Boston Harbor Hotel was better than anything I could have imagined. The variety and quality of food offered was outstanding. There was even a breakfast room. Our table had two servers providing excellent service. The tables were spread apart, which provided safety during Covid, as well as keeping the noise level down. The live music made beautiful ambiance. I recommend this experience wholeheartedly. It is worth every penny.

We have frequented many places for Thanksgiving Brunch in and around Boston, and this was our first time dining at the Boston Harbor Hotel for a holiday brunch. To start off we were seated a half hour after our original reservation, but I have to say that the view and the staff taking care of our table was outstanding. We were very disappointed in the food. For the price point, they should have had a prime rib carving station instead of cold lamb chops and duck. A lot of the hot items in the chafing pans were not even hot. People left the lids up and there were no attendants overseeing the hot item table including replenishing items at all the stations. The gravy area for the Turkey was a mess, the spoon was not even clean and the gravy was cold. I can honestly say we were not impressed with all of the fixings that went along with the Turkey dinner. It lacked a lot of traditional sides that go along with a turkey dinner. Additionally, there were not many options for children. We have been to holiday buffets where they have a pasta station as well as a separate kids station with mac and cheese, chicken fingers, and mozzarella sticks. Also the band was in an awkward spot right in the middle of the food area where there was not much room. I can honestly say we will not be returning next year.

Not perfect, but pretty darn close. I have to take off points for value, because the price of $115 per person did not include any alcoholic drinks (not even a mimosa), did not include gratuity and did not include parking. Otherwise this was a wonderful experience. The food was superb, and available at all of the stations without waiting. The music was very pleasant. The room was full, but not over-crowded.

I've attended Easter Brunch at several hotels in the past 5 years. I must say I was disappointed with Boston Harbor Hotel Brunch. We were directed to back of hotel for brunch. We checked in with the only person we saw. She was at the dining room desk. She said that our reservations were for upstairs so we went upstairs. There was no one to greet us. After about 5-10 minutes of looking around and seeing if anyone came to greet us, I returned downstairs but this time asked someone at a table with coloring books. It was extremely crowded and there was no one giving any direction whatsoever. We were instructed that this was the place to check in. There was no visable sign and no one directing us to this table. I didn't think the table with coloring books was where we check in but it was. The person was very gracious. He checked us in and said someone would come up to seat us when our table was ready. (others had the same problem and I told them where to check in) By the time we were seated it was on or after 2 PM for our 1:30 reservation. The food selection was OK but not fabulous. I believe there was one type of potato...no mashed and nothing special that I would not get elsewhere. The lobster was something we had not had before at brunch. Our servers (Maria and here partner) were wonderful. I much preferred the ambiance and the food quality and selection of the 4 Seasons Hotel (in Washington DC). It was not worth it for the cost. The people were lovely that we interacted with from the people greeting us at the door to our servers.

We’ve gone to the Easter brunch at Boston Harbor Hotel for multiple years .. always a table of six adults and In years past the BHH always did an amazing job. However this year they were clearly overbooked and it showed. Our reservation was at least an hour delayed with little to zero communication about why... unfortunately their amazing service was minimal at best .. the food was still lovely but not certain I’ll return for holiday brunch next year! It’s too bad I expected more from them on a special day. Sadly even the flowers on our table were a disappointment.

The opulent buffet offered foods from traditional breakfast lunch and dinner menus. Everything we tasted was very good. Of particular note was the roast sirloin, cheese board, shellfish bowl and the bacon. Desserts were minis so we were able to enjoy a variety of flavors. The free eggnog station and candy bar was a nice touch in the lower lobby area where we needed to wait because our table wasn’t ready at the reservation time. Our wait wasn’t too long. The function room used for the holiday brunch is lovely. It seemed the larger tables got the better views. We, along with other couples, were seated at the back, interior tables. We were at a four top and enjoyed the extra elbow room. The waiter invited us to take our time and we enjoyed a pause between courses to draw the experience out to three hours! There was live music played at a appropriate dining room volume and Santa was in the House! Overall this is a good choice for a holiday treat
