You’d think with a name like Boston Pizza, our story would begin south of the border. Not so, we’re 100% Canadian. And have been since we opened our doors in Edmonton, Alberta in 1964. We’re Canadian owned (Hi Jim!), we make our meals with Canadian sourced ingredients, and serve over 50 million Canadians a year. And while a lot might have changed since we started, one thing hasn’t – Boston Pizza is the place to share laughs, share stories and share memories while you share a meal with the people you love.

    Very busy before jays games so tables don't get cleared after eating. Food is ok . Very expensive for this cuisine

    We went for dinner before a Blue Jays game. The restaurant was very busy and noisy but service was reasonable under the circumstances and the food arrived hot in a timely manner. This is not fine dining but a good place to eat before a game.

    It’s been about 4 years since I’ve been to that location. My mom and I shared the individual size carbonara pizza and it was really tasty.

    This restaurant failed to check in my reservation properly, and I get an email from OpenTable asking me to cancel explain a no show. I checked in with hostess and identified that I had a reservation, and she clearly didn’t check me in properly. I shouldn’t have to jump through hoops to prove I was here after spending a bunch of money at dinner. Needless to say, I will not be returning here.

    Hostesses looked miserable, no welcome, no smile almost nasty. Table service was great and the best part of the experience. For a “pizza” restaurant the quality of pizza was mediocre at best (disappointing, I was expecting top notch) and very expensive, $28 for a medium size. Onion ring appetizers were good considering probably from GFS or Cisco. I’ll pick somewhere else for my next Blue Jays pre-game.

    Really good food , after baseball game very long waiting line, we went to the reception desk and were told to wait 5 minutes while they cleared and clean our table . Really nice and efficient server

    Josie was lovely as our server. The check in was a bit confusing. 5 staff and no one knew what they were doing. I’m assuming new staff

    Disappointed with my meal (ate it anyway). The chicken tenders were so below the level of taste compared to other chicken tenders/fingers I've had at other restaurants. The Caesar Salad was a disaster, the bacon was not the bacon that I'm used to, didn't even want to try it - looked raw, no cheese to be seen. What are you doing?

    Made a reservation and when I arrived late (due to Jays game timing) I was told my reservation was not there. I then received an email saying I had been seated at my table. Not the best service using the app.

    We enjoyed lunch at Boston Pizza. I had a chicken peacan salad and if was excellent. With chocolate mouse cheesecake for dessert.

    All three of our jambalaya orders were served with tepid/cold fettucine and one had very little sauce. The waiter apologized and our meals were replaced with new ones but the pasta was still not hot. Because we were hungry we ate it but we were not satisfied with the quality of the meal for the price. The servers were very understanding and accomodating but the meals were disappointing and not up to the standards of other BP locations we have tried.

    Big dipper sandwich is good. Wings were great. Hawaiian pizza had too many onions but tasted good once we removed some of them.

    This place doesn’t take reservations, and they won’t care if you’ve made one through OpenTable or not. Kind of dumb, but just take it in mind. First come, first serve.

    Surprised that the restaurant could not find our reservation when we came in. So they made us sit at a table we were not booked for. But the interesting part is that we were marked as a no show on the Open Table app!! Apart from that the food was good a usual. Loved the creamy Mushroom and bake pasta!

    Unfortunately, did not live up to expectations. Wrong drinks and appetizer, main order forgotten... pizzas were barely warm. Missed part of Jays game and Tshirt giveaway. Meal was comped but would have rather been on time for game.

    Convenient location. Went at a busy time so food came out at different times different temperatures. But was rectified. Appetizer came after our meals. Booked through open table but restaurant advised open table that I was not there. Thx

    Down for a busy conference at the Metro Convention centre and wanted to grab a quieter space with lots of choice for the group. Boston Pizza is across the road. Lots of choice and reasonably priced. We sat upstairs near a window. Server was very attentive. It suited us all - thanks

    Asked for no tomatoes, there was tomatoes on my food. My husband asked for a bud lite and was given some fruity beer. I ordered a twisted rocket which is a frozen slushy drink, half of it was melted when I received it.

    We went to this location because of convenience and have done so in the past. Each year we go we hope we get better service starting from the host or hostess, it never happens. From the time you walk in to the time you sit down, get your food, bill, etc. the staff is never happy, unprofessional and extremely slow. It takes too long to be seated, have an order taken, get the order right to enjoy the meal. The food is good, not spectacular but reasonably sized portions and lots of options for a family. The value is there if you can get over the fact the staff is miserable.
