Service was excellent. Music was just a bit louder than I prefer but it was empty at the time so was probably set for when it's busier. Food was good. Pretty standard quality. I would definitely return.

Waiter disappeared after serving us and never returned. Waited 20 minutes after eating and finally decided to pay through the app and had to leave half a pizza behind as there is no take out container when you have no server.

Service was quite slow waited 15 minutes to be greeted. they should have had more servers on as it was close to 6 and only saw one lady working. She ended up taking our table as we were ready to order. She seemed a bit distant but probably exhausted. I was just very friendly when I waitresses so I made it a but awkward. Food was good though. We come out to ur restaurant bc foods better than harmony location. The service is affecting our decision now.

I had changed the reservation from 6 to 8 people through the open table app, when we arrived the hostess kinda snapped at us and said they were confused and said we should’ve called to update them. There was no one in the restaurant other than the patio. From then on it seemed like our server was annoyed with us all, I get large groups can be overwhelming and annoying but it felt like we were a bother. I get that everyone is short staffed right now but the hostess greeting kinda set the whole experience as awkward and uncomfortable

We heard this place was under New Management so we decided to try BP's one more time. No words to describe our server, he was so amazing, and very creative. Since my kids wanted Panookie, unfortunately it was not on the Menu, we ended up ordering other desserts. He actually created his own version of Panookie and made my kids so happy. Compliments to the new owners and staff.

It's COVID time so I guess they're getting back on their feet, but didn't even get a drink for 25 minutes from being seated which wasn't great. After that the service seemed to get better but between 3 people only one was waiting tables, the rest were running for him - and he had 5-7 tables to deal with. Didn't go great.
