   Our server Jade is good. Octopus and calamari was very good and so are the drinks that Jade recommended. Pasta dishes are okay as I have had better sauces on my pasta. I will not recommend the bolognese sauce. We appreciate the deserts for our anniversary.

   The greeters at the restaurant need to have a better personality to make people feel welcome. Smile! Jade, our server, was excellent. She was attentive and pleasant. We will definitely return and ask for Jade!!!

   Senior Sunday dinner is such a great deal at Bottiglia ! Our salads were wonderful as were the main entrees. Disappointment was foccacia bread, usually warm, crunchy outside/tender inside. Tonite it was HARD and dried out, asked/got replacement but it was even worse, completely inedible.

   We went with high expectations based on reviews; we only dined appetizers. The beef carpaccio was simply amazing! Well done chef! However, the tomato caprese salad was bland; it needed salt, pepper, herbs and more or better dressing; the worse was the aranccini which attracted me to the restaurant to start with; over cooked and not tasty at all; major disappointment! While we did not have other dishes; at least whatever pasta was served nearby looked and smelled awesome; perhaps next time. I would also like to commend our server; she was super friendly, attentive, and fun.

   We used to visit Bottiglia more often but now tend to go when specials are offered such as the Sunday Senior 2 for 1 entree. Prices have really increased and one of our favorite moderately priced entrees, linguine with white clam sauce, has now vanished from the menu! In addition, the bottled wine prices are off the wall! There are wines on the menu for $70 which can be bought in the supermarket for $15 or less! I realize there is a mark-up, generally 3x retail, but 5x or more? To tell you how far their wine list has gone up, Bottiglia has a wine card where you purchase 5 bottles over time and the sixth bottle is free (up to $50 value). There are no wines that fit that bill anymore! They did increase the free bottle value to $60 when we asked but that limited us to 2 red wine choices! Anyway, the food was good, Michelle our server is the best and we had a good time. But please work on bringing back the linguine with white clam sauce and offering at least a few bottles of moderately priced wine!

   The restaurant is really beautiful (in my opinion), the wait time to get in was ….. too much to be a reservation, we have check in kind of 10 min before the reservation and we got in almost 20 min after the check in, then the time for the service was ….. (I think if you want to eat something really tasty but you have time and u are not starving….. go to this place), our server was really awesome 👏🏻, the food was more than amazing CONGRATULATIONS FOR THE CHEFS!!, nothing bad to say about the food, the drinks were not the best in the restaurant and our waiter took care of us, as I said Kyle was awesome, thank you for the experience to all the staff, I think I’ll be back in a not busy time!!

    Excellent food. Go there for Happy Hour and try the oysters and other delectable crudities that are offered, along with affordable drinks! All the items we ordered were really delicious and the servers are great.

    Patio Pleasure! WE chose the patio even though the temp was heading for 90 degrees. It was shaded by a canopy and hedge and was marvelous! Add to it the couch that we got to sit in while dining on super food - and it was an experience to live for! We were SO glad that we chose to stay "close to home" (we stayed at the GVR Resort) for dinner. We loved the wine, the food, and the waiter was the tops! This is a "don't miss" choice for dinner!

    We were made to wait even though we had reservations and there were several open tables, not a problem. I had come for their “Date Night” menu which mentioned 50% off “Specialty Cocktails”. We were informed by our waitress that there was a limit of one cocktail each at the discounted price, which did not set a good mood for the evening. The service was exceptional as things arrived very promptly and the food was very good as were our one each cocktails. I would have given a 5 star rating were it not for pulling the rug out from their offer which is highly advertised.

    It's been years since we've been to Bottiglia. Wanted something different since the weather is heating up and a steakhouse wasn't it. Made the choice for Bottiglia and was so happy we did, forgot how pretty, open and airy. Our server was wonderful and attentive. The food was everything I wanted it to be, fresh and delicious. You can tell everything is made from scratch and it was great. I'll be craving those tastes again and again. Can't wait to try the brunch!!!

    The waiter, who was very nice, was horribly uninformed about how to accommodate food allergies. He was unaware of what was in the items on the menu and what accommodations could be made. The food (that we used to love), was nowhere near the quality we're used to, at the increased prices, an expectation that quality is at least maintained is more than fair. Sadly, after years of going to Bottiglia, it may be a while before we return.

    If you haven't heard of Bottiglia, it must have somehow become Las Vegas's best kept secret. Exceptional experience for just a quiet evening or for a group with a celebration. The food, drinks, service, and atmosphere are outstanding!

    I had a wonderful brunch with my mother at Bottiglia. All the staff were nice, especially Bella our server. I met 2 hostesses, and both were very sweet and accommodating. We had a pit stop at the bar, and the bartender was kind and fast. There were lots of choices on the menu that appealed to us. The bottomless drink prices were fair. The atmosphere was bright and beautiful, and there was live music. And the food was good. I had a steak and it was cooked perfect (rare/charred per my request). My mother had crab pasta and I was very jealous. She enjoyed her food too.

    The bread has changed drastically. Was hoping for the original bread not Costco French bread. Would not order lobster ravioli again. Only four ravioli with zero lobster meat noticed. A disappointing dinner as we brought our neighbors to experience this restaurant we thought was a hidden gem.
