My experience at this restaurant has always been phenomenal, just like the food. I love all of the wait staff, management as well as the items on the menu. The Boulevard has not let me down

The food and service were superb. The only reason the rating isn’t the highest is the “music” was too loud, it didn’t at all fit the vibe of the restaurant, and nobody was listening to it. Change the whole music thing out, lower the volume, and don’t use vocals.

A first time experience for us ~ which really was terrific. Great service and ambiance. Very good food ~ one dish that stands out is the seared crab cakes! Not fried with a bunch of filler ~ very tasty. The service was great, reasonably priced and guaranteed to bring us back!

The food is amazing if overpriced. The waitstaff is a mix of new and experienced, and based on your seating assignment you will either have a fantastic evening, or it will be a rough night with much patience required. I appreciated the experienced wait staff assisting our table as our assigned waitress did not meet this establishment's standards. If not for the experienced wait staff monitoring their lacking staff members' tables there would have been no refills, no removal of finished plates, and no one advising on specials or drink specials. This restaurant is attempting to set a standard and time to do so is all it needs. PS: Although being rated on Google with "2" Dollar symbols each plate is an average of 29$ per person. That does not include apps which average at 12$. Just to inform the unprepared such as myself. I believe a 3 or 4-dollar symbol would better represent the price of the menu and the atmosphere they are trying to accomplish. Will be going again in the future. Not near, but future.

Wonderful service and fabulous food. I find the booths are a little too cozy and table space is at a premium. However, the staff does a good job of keeping the table clean of discarded straw wrappers and used sugar packs - a nice touch.

As always, we all had delicious dinners. Our waiter was wonderful and made sure that we were happy with everything we ordered. It’s always been a very pleasant experience dining at American Boulevard. One of my favorite places!

The taste of the food was very good; however, one of us received a hot meal with steak coming out if it while the other meal was not hot at all (room temp to lukewarm). It seemed like one sat while the other was still being prepared. The server did not come to ask how our food was or check on us while we were eating and did not ask us how it was when he came over after we had finished. Service was subpar to what I would expect at an establishment of this caliber. We will still return and give it another try as the atmosphere was very nice and the taste of the food itself was delicious despite the temperature issue. Everyone has an off night so hopefully our next experience will be better.

Ordered shrimp pasta and shrimp came undercooked. sent back twice to get it correct!! By the time I got it back I was not hungry. No discount giving for mess up!

Had to wait for a table even though we had a reservation. When we were seated, it was at a table the waiter reported was brought in from the patio and placed in front of the opening to the kitchen. The table wobbled so badly, the waiter said he would stabilize it for us. When the waiter didn't return to address it, we were able stabilize the leg with a butterknife just enough to keep our drinks from spilling. The noise level was very high due to where we were seated- next to 2 large parties and also our close proximity to the kitchen. The food was just ok, portions were modest at best, and prices were high. Overall, we were very disappointed and we wont return.

We got the 3 course Tammany taste special for $40. My Husbands chicken was so dry that he couldn't eat it. The Appetizers were good but small. The desserts were delicious. My entree was 1 small crabcake and some coleslaw. Felt very dissatisfied but we will go back.
