5pm reservation but already out of the entree and dessert I wanted. The meatloaf was a disappointment, like two flattened hamburger patties, rather than a loaf. Not much mashed potatoes with it. Also thought for Mother’s Day might have been nice to have some decorations, even just a flower on the table. Not impressed with food or ambience.

We came for the Easter Brunch. Our time slot was towards the end of brunch, and it was awful. The hot food was cold. The cold food was bad. Everything was a mess (chafing dishes dirty/ falling apart) and half the items they listed on the menu were no longer available. $35 for a plate of old food. Very disappointed. Let me note… they weren’t even busy. I would give them a little more of a break if it was busy. I was actually shocked how dead it was too. Never again.

Best food we have ever had in Bellingham, and one of the best in Washington in general. 10/10 every time we visit. Highly recommend the pear grilled cheese, macaroni and cheese & all the burgers. On the same note, all the local on-tap beer and ciders are awesome too.

Made a reservation. Someone walked in and just sat down while we stood there with a reservation. We were seated late. Table was near the bathroom. Waited 20 minutes and still no waitress. I understand staffing shortages, but she walked by is several times with no acknowledgement. We requested to get moved to the bar. That waitress in the bar was attentive and took care of us. The food was lackluster. My wife's french dip beef was dry. My mashed potatoes were dry and lacked flavor. Pretty disappointing overall. Next time we will eat at Aslan.

Others in my party were happier with their meal choice than I was. I sent mine back to be warmed up ( yam enchilada). Flavors were ok. Tried the red ale and it was great. Service was very friendly and prompt.

We arrived at 6 on St Patrick's Day and had a great table where we didn't feel crowded, and had a great view of the music and dancers. The beer's ALWAYS good, and the corned beef and cabbage was just like Ma used to make!

We came for their St. Patrick's Day lunch and festivities. The food was Irish-themed and very good, as was the Irish Red Ale I had. We thoroughly enjoyed the young Irish dancers who performed. Great place to go for St. Patrick's Day!

Excellent pub fair and more. The ale is brewed on premises and is one of my fave breweries. Love the Cedar Dust and the Hazy Dust IPAs. This reservation was on St Patrick’s Day so complimentary soda bread was offered and the band Devillees played. Awesome time! Great vibe.

Boundary Bay is such a great place for local dining. We were there on Valentine's Day for the live musical performance. Unfortunately, we were forgotten about and waited 30 minutes before I had to go find someone to take our food and drink order. I expected a longer than normal wait time on Valentine's Day and with them still trying to manage staff shortages. I only ask that someone acknowledge we are there within the first 15 mins and take our drink order. It's never fun to have to go find someone. Or to see other people who were seated 15 mins after you get their drinks before you've even seen your server... which happened. It took 45 mins just to get our first drinks and place the order. But the rest of the experience was fantastic. The drinks were wonderful, food was terrific, and the 3-person band was amazing. Our server did stop by later in the evening to apologize and explain how over-booked they were.

The food was very good, Lamb Burger cooked just right with a decent salad. The staff was very helpful and attentive although. The Stout, as usual was outstanding. I would suggest they become more aware of Bellingham's parking situation. Bellingham still has parking meter and fairly close enforcement and the lot across the street is permit only during the day. Believe that weekends and evenings are free. Always a go to place when in Bellingham.
