   Been here before and the experience was great. They missed the mark this time. Undercooked most of the steaks and didn’t get one of them correct on the second try either. Server came off as very fake and tried to upsell everything on the menu. The food is good but sometimes experience trumps taste.

   Waiter (Logan) was hurried and impatient from the start then became rude and hostile when there was a complaint about an entre. Calamari appetizer breading was mushy and fell off while trying to serve/eat. Salmon was over-cooked. Edible, but not yummy. Asparagus served with it was average- not fine dining quality. Scallops looked good but taste was nothing special. Chicken entre was good. Corn side good. Crab mashed potatoes was literally mashed potatoes (good but nothing special) with a few pieces of crab leg laying on top- not incorporated in any way. Lamb chops were grossly under-cooked. By the time we could get waiter's attention, everyone else was finished eating. When declined offer to have the kitchen, "bring up" the lamb or replace, waiter became hostile. "So you are just not going to eat? You are really just not going to eat dinner?" Manager apologized after viewing the lamb and sent over complimentary dessert which was the best food of the night. The bourbon cake was wonderful except when the forks were slammed on the table by the waiter. There is no excuse for the waiter's behavior. We were all very polite and trying to have a good time with friends. His behavior was unacceptable at any price point, but shocking at this one. There are many amazing restaurants in Scottsdale- this is not one of them.

   My steak was overcooked and for that much money, I expect it to be perfect. And the Brussels were ironically undercooked. I also didn't think the cut of meat was of the value paid. My girlfriends filet was good so maybe mine was an end but it just wasn't a $70 steak or whatever I paid. Excellent service though, bourbon selection was outstanding.

    Good location in Old Town, but overall overpriced for what we got. Will not go back nor recommend. Too many amazing restaurants in the area to visit and with a much better value for what you get. I think they just missed the mark. Ambiance was ok, but felt diner-like. Food was good, but not great. Service was ok, nothing special. And the tab was wildly expensive. I don’t mind paying money for food, but it better live up to the hype of the price tag! This one didn’t.

    Almost everything was great but $19 to set alcohol on fire to melt butter is outlandish We we’re expecting the “dinner and a show” the waitress mentioned when telling us about it the whole process took 5 seconds. All four of us thought this was quite a rip off. It unfortunately was the topic of dinner conversation for the next hour

    This meal felt special with the top notch service. Every person to attended to our table was pleasant and helpful. Brad made sure we had everything we wanted for our anniversary. The food was next level. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. We’ll be back for sure. This place made such a great impression on us both.

    Let me start by saying this; the food and drinks were phenomenal. The menu was robust and offered so many different options. The space is not suitable for a fine dining, high luxury experience, it reminds you of a TGI Fridays with the layout - and I wasn’t a fan of the chairs. The space is very…cramped as well. Our waitress was friendly but took away the drink menu immediately (asked for it back and she did not bring it back) and was nowhere around for the majority of the meal. We even asked (not one, two) but three people to get her and it still took a while for her to get back to our table. I ordered the French onion soup, which the base was delicious, but the bread was very hard and I asked our server if this is by design, she could not answer and seemingly couldn’t wait to leave our table again (we had to tell her to wait so we could order more drinks). Also, the manager was there going around to every table and asking about the experience they were having and I can speculate why he didn’t make it to my table (racial), but I’ll just choose to believe that it’s just because like-said the service was incredibly poor. I’ve been lucky enough to experience what true fine dining is and this is not it. The price did not align with the service and ambience and I’m incredibly disappointed.

    Some of the best food I’ve ever had! The ceviche, filet mug on, salmon, burrata, bacon wrapped dates, Pinot noir, and cocktails were stunning and warrant a return trip each year we get together. Also love the open air atmosphere!

    We usually like to sit at the bar nuts it’s usually packed so we made a reservation- the bar had a lot of open seating at 6pm on Sunday evening (noted) as usual the meal was fabulous, service fantastic!! We’ll be back ❤️

    Bourbon and Bones is expensive. An old fashioned is $34. And that’s with knob creek. They have another for $100. Having said this, their beef is the best I have tasted in years. So expect expensive but also anticipate amazing customer service and delicious food.

    They have a wide variety of bourbons including allocated bourbons that are hard to find or you have to pay high dollar secondary prices. The prices may seem high to some people but if you are a bourbon drinker and have paid attention to any prices they are very reasonable. On top of that the service we had and food were all extremely good. I would definitely go back and would recommend it to others

    Katarina was fabulous! We loved the Imperial smoked Old Fashioned with round ice cube with a slice of orange in it. For dinner we shared a large wedge salad with warm bourbon baked pieces tossed in the mix, a delicious 10 ounce filet cooked to perfection with a perfect peppercorn sauce, and a large salt crusted baked potato filled with all the goodies.
