    good menu choices but choose wisely, my enchiladas were terrible but my wife's salmon was excellent and very well prepared. Our server was a delight and made everything ok. Great value for the area and setting.

    There have been some much improved changes to the menu since we were last there. I hope they stay with this menu from now on and just create a separate menu for any specials they may be having. Definitely going back.

    Four of us ate dinner there to celebrate a 60th wedding anniversary. The celebrating couple ordered the rib eye steak which was over cooked and way overpriced. We would not eat there again.

    Our reservation was for 3:15, were seated fairly soon after arrival. Did not get children’s menus, had to go ask for them. No wait person for at least 15 minutes, took half an hour from seating to order our food. Had to ask for the appetizer and salads, appetizer came after salad. Waiter did not check on us, other waitress did. Had to hail down the waiter to come and get us the boxes and check. Still took him 10 minutes for boxes and another 10 for the check. Gratuity was included with the bill, and did not agree with it, as our service was so bad. The restaurant opened at 3:00, so there wasn’t very many people eating at this time.

    The wait staff is available and seem happy to be at work. Service was outstanding as was the food. We enjoyed our evening very much. We go to Bourbon Grill for datenight, and it becomes a special place.

    The food was terrible! Chichen was completely overcooked and the sauce was not a beurre blanc by any stretch of the imagination, and the Manager insisted on arguing about it. Will not be going back!

    We ate in the dining room versus the lounge. We had an excellent time. Our waitress was awesome. She kept checking on us and even took our picture for our anniversary. The food is excellent including the dessert. We would definitely eat here again. We recommend this restaurant.

    Bad food and service. I rarely write reviews however this experience was very disappointing. I ordered the steak and lobster. My steak was over cooked and lobster was cold. I sent it back and proceeded to wait another 30min for the new steak. The new steak was again over cooked and the lobster had obviously been sitting in the window waiting. The manager never came over to apologize and our server really didn’t know what they were doing. You’d think for $50 a plate they’d try to make an effort. Save your time and money.

    Our meal was excellent as was the service. There were just a few parties in the restaurant which allowed for excellent service. We did not have to share our waitress with anyone. It was really nice!

    We ordered an appetizer. It didn’t come out until after our meals did. Our server was much too distracted to provide service to us. We ordered pinion ice cream for me and apple pie alamode for my husband. He received a slice of apple pie with a tiny scoop of pinion ice cream. We told the food runner it was wrong. He argued with us and said I’ll get your server. After 15 minutes or so we received the correct desserts. We’ve been going to this restaurant for 44 years. It was the Steaksmith before. Yes it’s changed location, names and owners but the menu isn’t much different. Since it’s been Bourbon grill we’ve gone many times. Our 44th anniversary meal wasn’t special after all. Unlikely that we will go back after all these years of celebrating our anniversary there.

    Waitress was very friendly, attentive and helpful. Cooks - well we ordered 2 Ribeyes - got 1 ribeye & 1 NY Strip. Cook said both were ribeyes ... I did not want to argue ... Get the apple pie ( buttermilk apple pie ?) with Pinon ice cream 👍👍, very good, one piece was shared nicely between 2 people

    Our reservation was cancelled by the staff due to snow, the establishment was open but they had "talked about closing earlier." I would have appreciated a phone call letting me know that they were considering closing and to not to make the trek out there. The restaurant seems nice, there is a strong odor of chlorine once you walk in, I know there is a pool there, but I didn't know it was apparently in the kitchen

    We ordered nachos as an appetizer and they were not that great. It was shredded cheese that wasn’t melted completely. Food wasn’t that great for the amount we paid. Our server was great though

    Surprisingly, for Santa Fe, there was ample parking. The atmosphere was comfortable, we sat at a booth by the fireplace. I had prime rib, my daughter in law ordered a steak. Both were cooked to specification. We ordered the spinach balls as an appetizer. Sauce was unexpectedly sweet, but good. My loaded baked potato was delicious - so huge I couldn’t finish it. We decided to each order dessert - apple pie a la mode. We could have easily shared one, since the pieces of pie were quite large. Overall service was good, a little on the slow side, but the meal was relaxing. We didn’t feel rushed even though it was a busy Sunday night. It was a pleasant break from all the New Mexican restaurants we had been frequenting during my visit. Would definitely go back again.

    Bourbon Grill has new owners and is getting back to the way it used to me. Thanks for the great food and service. I highly recommend you give this place a try. If you are headed to Harry's, stop here instead. You will be pleasantly surprised!

    OUR APPETIZERS WERE LATE, WE ORDERED STEAKS MEDIUM WELL, AND THEY CAME OUT BURNT, TOUGH AND OVER COOKED.... IT WAS NOT THAT BUSY, YOU COULD TELL THE WAITER WAS EMBARRESED, AND THE BAR HIGH SUCH A HIGH CLORINE SMELL.... SO SAD TO SEE THIS PLACE LOOKING LIKE THIS AND POOR QUALITY FOOD....

    First time here and it will be the last. Absolutely horrible experience. Slow service. The food was undercooked for one meal. And another person had their sauces still frozen. Even sprite was flat. When issues were brought up to the manager, she got very nasty and did not act professional at all.

    Food was great! We had filets that were cooked to perfection. I had track of ribs which were tasty. Only issue was the noise level of the music piped in to dinning room. We had two hard of hearing people in our party so it was very difficult to converse.

    On the same day we ate there, I got Online and made a reservation for me and my wife's 30th year Anniversary. We had never eaten there and wanted something different, something we both never had. Upon arrival, we were greeted and without even asking, the host immediately asked if the table was for two. I said yes and also advised him there had been a reservation. He obliged and said it was not a problem. Our waiter was extremely nice and attentive. Hot wings appetizer good tasting but temperature of the wings was a bit on the cold side, as if they had been not so fresh. overall main meal was very good. Waiter assisted us in taking a picture as well as treating us to Apple Pie Alamode!

    Good cocktail, good appetizer, good steak, good service. Faint scent of Bennigan’s due to noise level and patrons wearing flip-flops/baseball caps (not the restaurant’s fault). Overall nice experience for the money.
